It was burger night. I ordered my burger medium. It came out rare. I took 2 bites before I realized it was very red and cold in the center. The waitress was very apologetic. When I sent it back, they cooked the same burger with 2 bites out of it instead of preparing a new burger. To hide this, they put it on a new bun and toppings on it. Then they still charged me for the burger. This was so unacceptable.

Horrible experience. Went in on a Tuesday. I got charged for kids meals that were supposed to be free. The kid wanted a Mac n cheese and the server forced us to buy a whole other entree rather than selling us a side of Mac n cheese (it’s on the full menu as an option so he was definitely taking advantage of us.) The mushrooms for my steak were canned and then microwaved. Oh and let’s talk about the steaks. They literally only cooked one side of the steaks. When we complained and asked for them to cook our steaks properly they threw the steaks back on the grill for about 20 seconds or so and served it with the smallest amount of extra color. We never once saw a manager or anyone other than our server. The salad bar didn’t even have fresh lettuce. We will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

We stopped in tonight while traveling through town. I know you get what you pay for, but our smash burgers were not just slashed in price, they were slashed in half, slaughtered, dried, then fried. Snapping into a Slim Jim has more flavor and moisture than these things did…we were certain we got leftovers from the McDonald’s dumpster. Thank God for the salad bar. However, many items were out and we made due with what they had to offer.

I had such a great experience at Ruby Tuesday thanks to Kayci! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her customers—she had a smile the whole time and checked in just the right amount. The food came out quick and fresh, and her positive attitude made the meal even better. Kayci is definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for her when you visit!

Benjamin Morre was an amazing server thank you for the very personable service. We will definitely be back as we had no idea ruby Tuesday was do close to us as the other one closed down. This was an amazing find. Food was great especially the salad bar. I had the coconut shrimp platter it was so good as well.

We started with a Pina Colada and I had a Jack and Coke.Then we ordered dinner,I had a Philly cheese steak and My Sister had the same.And I was Very surprisingly Good….Hot With a soft Roll and The Chessestack was incredibly tender and Very Good…⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our drinks stayed full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked on us just the right amount. Her positive attitude really made our dining experience enjoyable.
