The staff was fantastic. We were a large group that came in without a reservation on January 15. Since we were large, we told them we didn’t mind being split up. While we were waiting, Danielle passed out menus. They managed to put enough tables together to accommodate our group. Once we were seated, Bobby was very prompted in taking our orders. He checked on us numerous times to see if anything was needed. Definitely a great experience. Our group will go back again.

Salad bar was a nice addition to our meal. Loved the croutons!!!! And it was cool the salad bar had grapes on it.
My son had the lobster pasta, hubby had chicken fingers with the bourbon BBQ sauce on the side which was very flavorful! And I had the Asiago chicken which the bourbon sauce was so good I ask for some to go with my chicken.

Thursday is 8.99 burger night. Every Thursday. Totally unorganized. Lack of items on salad bar. I use to love this place but probably won’t go back. Waited 45 minutes. Sat in Bar. Bartender was rushed and very stressed. I ask for my own drinks. Did not pay attention to us just those actually sitting in front of her. You got to better guys. You offer this deal every Thursday. You would think you would be more prepared.

I ordered the Salmon bowl. I received no rice, no carrots, no cranberries. All I was given was wet lettuce and part of a piece of salmon. I didn’t even get any utensils or napkins with my to go order. I won’t ever again order from here. $21.99 for soaked lettuce and a small portion of salmon. The picture I added is exactly how my food came. I’m not happy.

I had an amazing experience at Ruby Tuesday from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.
