Stood up front for 10 minutes. Made eye contact with multiple servers and no one came. I called the restaurant and after many rings someone finally answered. They didn’t have a hostess?!?! A server finally came and seated me. There were 3 people behind me. There were enough servers and it was not crowded, management should have ran desk or had servers grab their own customers.
Also paid a $1 more for a “large” drink. Yeah it was in a tall glass but skinny and filled with ice. Pretty sure if I poured it into a regular glass it would be the same or even less.
I ordered salmon and I have to say smallest piece of fish I have ever seen AND barely any bourbon sauce in it.

My wife and I were seated promptly, our server Kaylee was amazing.
She knew all of the offers and specials and told us first thing. She also told us if we downloaded the app we would get a free dessert and we did!!
The smash burgers are amazing !
The garden bar is fantastic!!
Our free dessert was the cookie skillet I am dropping a pic it was so good!!
They also made sure to give me a 10% discount for my entree’ as I am a veteran .
This came to just over $40 !!

This Ruby Tuesday offers a highly regarded salad bar with a wide variety of items available. Our waiter, Sim, provided excellent service, demonstrating a positive attitude and promptly clearing away dirty dishes. However, it is worth noting that the water pressure in the women’s restroom is quite low, as the faucet barely dispenses water. The staff at this restaurant seems to collaborate effectively; when we arrived, the hostess was occupied, but the bartender promptly assisted us in being seated. Additionally, an older gentleman was diligent in maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of the salad bar, showcasing pride in his work. While the restaurant would benefit from some updates, the overall experience provided by the salad bar and service was commendable. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Definitely below average experience. A couple matters needed to be addressed, and hopefully for their sake, they heed what was said.
Grilled cheese sandwich made with hamburger bun is unacceptable and to say they changed the bread was the most outlandish comment to make, just tell guest it’s not available. Also, the chicken tenders were fried to a crisp and stated to have switched to a new batter, which was clearly a lie and attempted cover up by management was again unacceptable.
Just simple saying, “those items are not available” would’ve been acceptable.
Do better next time.

I try to always look for the positive in situations. The best thing about tonight’s dinner was the cook coming out and asking us how our evening was going. Seriously. We were set in the bar area of the restaurant at 10:00 p.m. per. The restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m. The bartender, Brian, was far more interested in breaking down his bar than checking if everything was okay for us.
We live 40 miles away from this restaurant but had been given a gift card which we were excited to use. My wife ordered a steak but it looked like something you would get at the Dollar Tree. It was super thin and full of gristle. Plus, the steak was cold. The meal was extraordinarily disappointing.
For my meal, I got the salad bar and there were several empty dishes on the salad bar that were never refilled. One bright spot: Floyd (kitchen staff?) asked me if I would like some more of an empty bowl. He brought out some more salad from the kitchen. Thank you, Floyd!
I ordered hot tea because when I originally ordered coffee, I was told with a huge sigh that the coffee machine had already been cleaned for the night. It was never refilled.
All in all, this was a very, very disappointing dinner experience for us. We won’t be back to this location (Ellington, Florida).

This is a sorry excuse for a chain restaurant. Salad bar was out of 60% and dirty and disgusting . Tomorrow I will contact the health department of Florida and show the proof of the horrible experience I had today February 3, 2026 at 7.55 pm.
