This place is so outdated. The salad bar was very good. Well stocked the waitress is very attentive so is the bartender. I don’t know if this place gets crowded, but the waitress was on top of things .
I was meeting a friend for lunch, so this place was perfect. Quiet love very packed. You could see the kitchen. It looks clean. Definitely would recommend the salad bar.

Waited 6 minutes at the door while servers and the bartender (empty bar) ignored the door. They continue to do so as others come in now. I’ve been seated at a dirty table in the dining room by the bartender and have not been greeted by a server yet. No drink order taken, no order taken at all. Went and got a salad bar on my own, still no acknowledgment from any employees. Now sitting here eating with no service whatsoever, and the aforementioned folks waiting at the door are still waiting.
Horrible, horrible service. It’s now 2:39 and no service since I came in at. 2:20.
I don’t know how y’all plan to stay open here, honestly.
Dirty tables and terrible service. No drinks — not even water.
2:40 – I went to the bar and asked for my server. Server still did not come to table, but bartender took my order with an attitude. Apparently wasting 21 minutes to order anything here is normal because they’re “so busy”. See “so busy” in pics.
Someone should clean this place up and find folks that want to work.

It’s usually good but tonight I ordered two steaks. The big 12 ounce one was cooked perfectly medium. The other one was raw. It was a little late cause they were already closed when I got home. What a waste of money $56. not to mention there was more fat than steak, but the worst thing was it was raw. That’s definitely not medium.

Rachel was attentive and sweet. I asked her about the daily special and she explained it. It’s a really great deal for a lunch salad bar and burger. The salad bar was kept up and everything was filled. Smashburger and tots were hot and fresh. I’ll definitely be back.

Jules, and Kelly, and Amy, are awesome the beautiful to each person we had awesome food and excellent service. Saw management going around and checking on people’s satisfaction and made things happen. Was an awesome bartender with exceptional service and drinks are excellent. Glad she is back!! Management was amazing.

Our server Kelly is the best you will ever find. She is accurate with your order, attentive to your every need, and has a personality that is a pleasure to be around. She is absolutely fantastic in every way. Ruby Tuesday’s management should be extremely grateful to have an employee of this caliber. Also, she addresses my wife and I by our names which is a very rare attribute. The smash burgers are cooked to perfection, hats off to the chef behind the scene on Thursday’s. Try this restaurant, you won’t be sorry.

Did a takeout order of the bourbon salmon, rice & broccoli. Everything was cooked perfectly. Also had the chocolate cake. Delicious!! On the phone & in the restaurant, employee Allie was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Shes a real asset to Ruby Tuesday. We plan on eating inside the restaurant the next time.

Miranda our server was very nice smiling and pleasant. She did a great job.
The food still needs some work. The 6oz ribeye was paper thin, baked potato was dry and over cooked. I added mushrooms which were lukewarm and a bigger portion than the Steak and fried shrimp thank goodness because I probably would’ve left hungry. Sorry you guys still need work and we are regular customers.

Really surprised at how good everything was. Had the steak kabob and it was amazing. We also had the smash burger and I was told that was great also. Manager helped our server, as she was busy, which was respected. Our server was great checked on us all the time to make sure we were happy. Can’t say enough about the experience had with all but high hopes for this place. Pleasantly surprised and will be back 100%
