Do not eat here. This place is disgusting. The chicken wings were so tiny that they didn’t have any meat in them. The salad bar was dirty and when the staff replaced the lettuce, she placed the old dirty bowl on top of the fresh lettuce that she was refilling the bar with. I had the sort through 4 plates on the salad bar to find one to use that wasn’t dirty. The cups were also dirty. We didn’t get a single refill throughout the entire meal. I wouldn’t say that was the waitresses fault though. She was clearly overworked because she was handling every table. They should definitely hire more staff or close the restaurant all together. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t done so already.

Crystal the server was great.
The food was not great at all. We arrived at 6:00pm for dinner. The ribs were not available and still had another hour and a half before they would be ready, the steaks were still frozen and not available to serve. I ordered a salad bar and potato skins. One of the potato skins was fried black and half the size of the others. It was not edible. The salad bar was depleted and not filled promptly. My husband ordered a steak and baked potato. The steak was tough and grisly. When we were offered refills of our drinks, we were told they were out of ice and the tea would be warm.
The couple next to us ordered steaks and sent them back for being thin, overdone and tough.
During our meal, the GM pulled a young lady to an empty table with dirty plates and glasses and told her “this is the reason we don’t have enough glasses for all the customers”….
He didn’t offer to help the young lady buss the table, he just inappropriately popped off at the mouth at her in front of a restaurant full of people. There is a time and place for conversation like that, and it is not in front of the customer.
The reality of the issue is this:
– dirty tables and carpet
– unstocked salad bar
– poor quality food
– ribs not ready for dinner service until 7pm
– several types of steaks still frozen for dinner service
– not enough cups for the restaurant to be at capacity and everyone have a drinking glass
– food being plated and leaving the kitchen without being looked over for accuracy and being edible
– and no ice for the beverages
are all signs of POOR MANAGEMENT! End of story!
If the GM was the best Ruby Tuesday has to offer, I am glad I was using a gift card and not my bard earned cash!

Excellent burgers! The kabob bowl was good too. The place needs a full remodel. The booths are falling apart. Everything is worn out. Management should be ashamed of their lack of reinvestment in this property. I hope that it doesn’t get shut down, but it seems to be heading in that direction.

I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday. I sat at the bar and my bartender, Jamie, was fantastic—very attentive and truly provided the best service.
The dirty martini Jamie made was maybe the best I’ve ever had. The salad bar was fresh and delicious, and I also had a burger and fries, which were cooked perfectly and honestly some of the best I’ve had at a casual restaurant.
Overall, an excellent visit. I’ll definitely be back, with friends

Take out of the Sunday ribeye special. $11.99 it was not worth $3.99! Our group all got the Sunday special ribeye all of them were pathetic looking. Thin dried out and not medium rare. How do you cook a steak? That’s a quarter inch thick medium rare it was hard and they did a poor job at it. The picture shown is what a 6 ounce ribeye looks like that I purchased versus what a 6 ounce looks like at Texas roadhouse! If we didn’t have to drive 15 minutes to get to it and then not know the quality until we got home I would’ve returned it if I was ordering it inside the restaurant I would’ve returned it poor value for your money, poor quality, grizzly and fatty, thin an overcooked. This is by far the worst meal I’ve ever gotten at Ruby Tuesdays.

Our waitresses and waiters are always professional and kind. This evening we witnessed a customer miss treat a waitress by the name of Carla. She handled the incident very professionally and kept her composure with the rude customer. We appreciate the service and food. Great to see this is our local restaurant.

Crystal is the best thing they have going in this place. Crystal was very attentive and accommodating, despite being VERY busy. The food was OK. My man really enjoyed the boneless wings and my mozzarella sticks were good, however my slider was undercooked and the salad bar was messy. The biggest concern here is the building is in need of some major renovations. When I went to the ladies room to wash my hands (after getting them covered in a little of everything from the utensils on the salad bar), the bathroom smelled horrible (like a mix between sewage and mold) and the “soap” in the dispenser was merely bubble water. Hopefully this place will get the make over it so desperately needs so that it can as good as it wants to be.

Took forever to get our drinks-water and sweet tea. Had to get up and get our own silverware. Got mozzarella sticks they were cold. Finally placed our order salad bar on the side The salad bar was dirty and empty I made a small salad and went back to see if they filled up but it was not restocked I went back a third time and still not restocked, I gave up. Got my meal pasta was dry no parmesan sauce and chicken was dry. Not a good experience. This use to be the best salad bar in Brevard County not sure what has happened to it Not going back worst $100.00 I’ve spent

Crystal did a great job, very attentive. Food was perfect. Salad bar was very fresh. I had ribs, fell off the bone with great flavor. Hubby had triple smash burger and loved it.
