I love the food here and all the workers are very polite. I dont think ive ever had a bad moment here. They have a wide variety of items on the menu to pick from. And I’d recommend all. Especially the desserts. ❤️

Came in for lunch with hubby while running errands. I had a coupon for buy one entree and get the second for $3.00. Hubby had the Philly cheesesteak and fries. His bogie was piled high with meet and cheese oozing goodness. No doggy bag for him.
I had the Ruby cheeseburger and Cole slaw. Everything was hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it. I am keto so I can’t have the bun and they accommodated that. Beth (the fun one) was our server.
She was quick and attentive and was so patient with a much older couple behind me. They wanted the Ruby discount but they don’t use smartphones so they could access their account at the restaurant. Beth and the manager patiently worked with the couple and provided the discount- class act!

We’ve eaten here many times. Always great service, great food and great atmosphere. For your best dining experience, ask for Beth. We had a party of 5 and she was sensational. Very attentive and willing to help with our choices.

We live in Pensacola but travel to this Ruby Tuesday because we tend to get better service in Pace. I get just the salad bar and it’s delicious but I feel it is overpriced. I barely can handle 2 plates, so I feel paying over $12 is too much. My husband’s steak was pretty good, he got the NY strip. Kids are free on Friday which was a plus. The negatives… Server was triple sat by the hostess so it took her about 20 minutes to check back after the food was delivered. I overheard the very chatty hostesses complaining about more customers coming in the door. I don’t know if they realize customers at the salad bar Can hear them! I had a filthy knife with food dried on the blade. Disgusting that the server who rolled that thought that was ok to give a guest. We will be back but management might want to let hostesses know to put a leash on their mouth and not complain about customers that are the reason that they have a job. And do random quality clean checks on the silverware.

We do take out because we have a special-needs child and eating in a restaurant is a little more difficult. The food is good, however, anytime we order from this location we have to go back because they have messed the order up somehow. We do enjoy the food, we just wish that they would pay attention and get the order right the first time so we are not wasting time, and gas having to go back to the restaurant.
I will say, if they mess something up, they will correct it immediately,

Inside feels cold, ribs are delicious steak is dry… Added bacon and scallions on a clearly marked to “86” for loaded fries, can order just cheese fries. Called the store Savannah answered advised they got slammed and they were sorry; ruin a little girl’s entire order with no solution to resolve. I miss the ruby sauce.

Haven’t been back to this location in awhile. However, wanted give the burger special a shot. We were greeted immediately and asked to sit in the lounge area. The bartender, I believe Terry, took great care of us. It was refreshing to see who I assume was a manager table touching for a change and a genuine care for service. I think he said his namecwax Richard but not 100%. Tbe garfen bar was well stocked and loomed fresh. I will definitely come back for this deal if this is an example of service now.

5-16-25: I had a bad day at work, bad day at home, and wasn’t in a mood to have a bad dinner. Trusted Rudy Tuesdays in Pace, FL and found some happiness. Due largely in part to my phenomenal server Beth! Such a bad day I couldn’t even decide what to order. Boom Beth said the Ka-bobs are the way to go and Beth is right! I got the steak Ka-Bob with the famous salad bad. The steak was very good and the garlic butter sauce was prefect poured over the meat, peppers and rice. Don’t doubt Beth’s recommendations! My wife had the Mac & Cheese which she couldn’t finish. Take home for later Oh and Beth helped me with the Rudy’s app! If you have not downloaded it, do so and get special deals! Check it out you won’t regret it! I’ll be back and WILL ask for Beth for my server.

When you sit in booth, you will hit a shade. You have to ask for silverware and refills. They try to send guys when that happens to make you speak less! The salad is brown and I will never, ever, ever go back. The manager has given up. And the picture is of catfish and shrimp. The smallest catfish I have ever seen!!!! Please respond better than hanging up on me. How they have good reviews is questionable to me!!
