I have been to this restaurant for a few years; going every 6 months. The Bartender was great. The 2 apps I got were not! Potato skins were old and so much so that you could pull the cheese right off in a whole piece. I also got the spinach dip and chips and they weren’t much better. The dip tasted funny and the chips had some kind of sweet seasoning on them. Chips are not supposed to have that!! The 5 star was for the Bartender. The 4 star for the restaurant in general and the food got 1 star.

Honestly used to love ruby Tuesday’s but it has gone downhill. This location when we walked in all of the staff were on their phones at one table in the back laughing and not paying attention to anyone at all terrible behavior in a restaurant environment honestly. Salad bar was empty sub par at best we order a burger and boneless chicken wings were dismal just look at the photo thirteen dollars for terrible microwaved cold chicken nuggets. Will never be back the table across had complaints the manager came over asked them what the problem was they then told and she was very dismissive and offered a baked potato for the inconvenience and they said they would never be back as well. Terrible all around honestly.

Ate here tonight. Paul was awesome and super friendly. The manager Beth came out to check on us and worked hard making sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely eat here again and would definitely request Paul as my server. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long time and that was in big part to the wonderful atmosphere.

Location specific! Ordered the Friday deal for steak, ribs and shrimp. I completely understand why every time I’ve went it’s bone dry; even on a Friday night. Being directly across from a brand new Olive Garden and brand new 55+ active community you would think they’d consider using some steam on those dirty floors and chairs. When I dined in the waitress was GREAT. The food other than the salad bar was just okay. I have always been a Ruby fan and know it should be better. To ice the cake I ordered curbside and bc it’s a whole inaugural speech on the phone just to say you’re here I went inside, not a single soul was dining in yet my food still took an additional 10 mins to be ready with a lot of prompting from the manager that was there. I’m watching the person FINALLY make the shrimp for my order and as he pours them in from the fry basket I assume they didn’t fall properly and he commence to adjusting them with his UNGLOVED hand. I do not send food back bc I don’t trust that so I won’t be eating those. Anyway, despite me arriving a min before it was supposed to be ready and waiting 10 more mins to be ready it was room temp at best. HOW? Ruby Tuesday is better than this and I feel it’s just this location. Maybe they don’t care bc it’s stuck off in a back area and surrounded by an older community but either way it’s not the location you want to visit. Go elsewhere.

The food was absolutely phenomenal!! The cook blew me away with my new york strip!! But most importantly, Nancy our waitress was the most personable, sweet, and understanding waitress we have ever had! She was there anytime we needed anything like she could read our mind, and she was so sweet to our children! We will definitely be back to see Nancy!!❤️❤️

Paul at Ruby Tuesday in Jacksonville was awesome. One of the most pleasant servers we’ve had in a long time! And we come once a year for a Mayo visit. This is our go to place for dinner. So convenient to the hotel. The food was delicious!

We had a delightful time enjoyed some good food! The only server on the floor Paul was very kind and helpful he even made it a need to remember the customers names while they say down making it seem more inviting. He did not miss a beat and the food was good. Paul came in like an avenger and made it his duty to serve! #GIVEPAULARAISE

My wife and I really loved this place. The Chicken Parmesan was delicious. The young server with a British accent was extremely nice to us. We feel bad because we don’t remember her name but we hope she gets recognition for her wonderful service.

Just wanted to write a review of the exemplary service we received from Paul a server from Hodges Ruby Tuesdays location He was a pleasure from the time he walked out of the kitchen to tell us he’d be with us in just a minute. He was kind, polite and gave us great service. Very attentive, but not over the top. He’s not only a great employee to have representing Ruby Tuesdays, but a genuine nice man. Very impressed with him.
We will definitely return to RT for the fabulous salad bar and request Paul as our server. He needs kuddos for his amazing personality and a BIG raise for the service he provided.

Had dinner here tonight. The salad bar was well stocked and clean. Paul was our waiter, he was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The manager Beth came by and took our plates and made sure we were satisfied. Everyone was so friendly! We’ll definitely be back!
