I’ve been a customer at this Ruby Tuesdays for at least four years at this point. I’ve seen it have its ups and downs. Sometimes it’s great, and sometimes I don’t know why I bothered spending money there, but I think this might be the last straw. Once in a while when I go to Ruby Tuesdays for the Tuesday special, I order a large cup of honey mustard to use at home with some chicken. They have some of the best honey mustard so even though it’s expensive at six dollars, same price as the meal I order, I don’t mind since it’s a relatively big container. But time after time, I encounter the same problem where said container is not filled to the top, like maybe it’s 2/3 to 3/4 of the way filled. This time, however, was extra egregious, because the container seemed to be about 3/5. I posted a picture of it down below. I asked the manager of the store if they could fill the rest of the container, but he just kept reffusing saying that that’s the amount they put in. OK, but I paid for a large container of sauce, not a partial container
I’m not asking for free condiments, I’m just pointing out that if I pay six dollars for a large container of honey mustard, I expect the container to actually be full, and not barely above half.
What pissed me off the most, though, was that the manager lied directly to my Saying that if they put any more sauce in the container, it would overflow. Look at the picture I attached, and tell me how much of a blatant lie that is. If you’re going to lie to your customers, don’t be so brazen and obvious about it. The funny thing, is that he tried to show me some ‘courtesy’ By giving me an extra small container of sauce, which I accepted because I just wanted the conversation to be over with and leave. I’m not sure if this was intentional, but that small little container of sauce was also only half full, in fact it had even less sauce in it than the original small container. Insult to injury.
I know this might not seem like an issue to some people, but I wouldn’t say that lying to your customers and insulting their intelligence Is a good business practice.

How do you mess up and order twice—only to have it sent back and return it back worse than it came out the first time. Kebab meal was bleeding all over the plate although I asked for well done. I sent it back and they then brought out a second one that was worst than the first, more raw and less cooked. Waitress asks if I want a box for it ♀️ Are you serious? I’d then need to go home and cook it when I paid you to do so. They felt they had done me a favor to take it off the bill. It was also extremely salty and the service was terribly slow.
Manager seemed a bit racist and as I walked out—my daughter heard him refer to me as “the black woman”. He must’ve thought I wasn’t paying because he flew up to the front door as I proceeded to the front. I then asked him if I could pay so he ran back and grabbed a handheld card reader, offered no apologies as I explained what happened with the food. He said, “oh you probably wouldn’t want to wait for a 3rd try “…sir you dang right. I don’t have all night to sit here in your filthy empty restaurant waiting on you all to do you job.
Let me pay and get the heck up out of here!!

Very disappointed with entire experience! Let me start with saying this was my 3rd attempt, in the last month at having dinner here. The first time was on a Monday around 5:30-6pm. It was only 3 of us and when we walked in ,the lobby had a few people sitting down waiting however the entire dining room was 90% empty! We were told by the host it would be 45mins-an hour wait if not longer because they only had 2 servers and 1 bartender working. We decided to go elsewhere. The 2nd attempt was a week later on a Monday as well but around 7-7:30pm . We had a total of 5 people this time. Once again were told an hour wait! Plenty of open tables however not enough staff I’m assuming so went elsewhere again. I was disappointed because for weeks I’ve been craving the salad bar and a burger from here, in the past it had always been delicious! So I decided to give it another shot and went on Saturday. It was around 5pm when arriving and it was just 2 of us. Obviously at that time and seeing it was Saturday I expected a wait. You could tell the host was getting overwhelmed especially with some of the older people being impatient, however she handled it well. She said about a 20min wait, I was surprised but happy! After about 40mins I decided to check the bar and a couple was getting up so I took my name of list and we sat there. The bartender was wonderful and greeted us immediately. We ordered our food and I then went to the salad bar that I had so been looking forward to, and was immediately disappointed! I had to pick through the lettuce just to find a few decent pieces. Besides it being messy the selection of toppings weren’t what it used to be. Even the lady in front of me said it’s been like that recently and no longer have as many options as they once did. I then got my burger and it was put together sloppy, had 2 tiny pieces of bacon, looked like half of a piece. the fries were cold and tasted old. So to say the least it was disappointing and would not recommend going to that location.

Heather was our server. It’s always great to have someone that is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I was reading reviews prior to coming in and realized that the Villagers have no lives!! Our food, Ribs w/BP and Salad Bar, was absolutely amazing!! Yes, we obviously noticed wear and tear that could be addressed but that doesn’t affect the quality of service or food. To put a review out that claims “I’m with a large party so I didn’t say anything” and then write a 1 star review shows us that most reviews are fake and I’m going to try the place anyway. I’m glad I did!! Keep up the great work.

Frequent Ruby Tuesday- Spanish Springs and have no complaints. Food always arrives hot and delicious. Prices are fantastic with weekly and weekend coupons. Salad bar is phenomenal. The bartender, Krystal is very friendly! The place does need a ‘refresh’ on decor, carpeting, and paint.

Came to Ruby Tuesday with my girlfriend and her mom and the food was great. Got the signature sampler and some stuffed mushrooms to start out. Then I ordered the five cheese cheese steak and it was deliciously cheesy! Girlfriend got the deconstructed kebab and her mom got the guac burger. Everything came out quick and tasted great. Our waitress, Krysta, was absolutely fantastic at her job and very patient with us. Will definitely come back.

My husband ordered sweet tea, he received water with lemon. We ordered the special smash burger with fries or tater tots which includes the salad bar. When we went up to the sb it was missing plates, plain lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli salad and a few other things. Where we were sitting it smelled a little bit like cat urine, the carpet was pure grease soaked it was disgusting. Our service was subpar, our waitress was the bartender who forgot my husband’s sweet tea but charged us for it.
