Came on a Saturday for lunch. Jaimie was behind the bar, she was very helpful and made sure to go over all specials. She suggested the Ruby Relaxer and it did not disappoint. Great customer service and great atmosphere!

This is a Quesadilla that is SUPPOSED to have 8 pieces. Guacamole. And no brown lettuce for 12.99. This is what I got. You get 3 pieces. Also 6 whole tater tots with my Sandwich order. Also this is what you get for 10.99 at Applebees where I will go from now on. Also here’s your 5 and 7 dollar soups. Is inflation hitting yall that much? I spent 120 bucks.

We came here for my birthday. It was wonderful. Love the croutons always. The lobster bisque was fantastic. (Wish there was more green iceberg lettuce on the salad bar). My friend’s shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this service crew!! Very friendly and helpful.

Since having the garden salads for 30 days, I have gotten to know the restaurant and staff extremely well. The food is pretty good except for occasional wilted ends on some of the vegetables. The service has been good too except for occasional times when there seemed to not be enough wait staff at work. My friend and I have become very attached to Erica. She is very good at her job, and is very pleasant and friendly.

The Hinesville location has the best food and take-out service. I order there at least once a week and everything is always delicious, perfectly cooked and expertly packaged. I live in Savannah and work a couple of days a week in Hinesville, hence the take-out but have friends who actually dine there and have been equally pleased. Even a server at another location stated to me that the Hinesville location is the best. lol. Download the app and signup, you will get perks every week! Even without the perks, the prices are really good! And the food is very, very good!

It was my son’s birthday and of course kids enjoy the experience that makes everything great. But for the food, my daughter’s shrimp pasta was dry and the shrimps were burnt with lemon seeds in the pasta that my daughter said there were bones. I didn’t believe her as I took home the left over and tried it, there were several lemon seeds in it. Is this even appropriate for a restaurant to do that? My rice kebab with chicken was too salty, burnt, and oily. I’ve had this rice kebab at Rodeo Mexican restaurant, and it was the best but not here. My boy enjoyed his ribs though saying it was yummy. The New York cheesecake was plain, no strawberry drizzled on top of it as on the photo. I wish this restaurant’s manager’s family comes to celebrate and get serve with all these burnt foods, because of him/her (manager) the workers don’t care. And who ever that cook/chef is, find something else to do if you hate your current job.

I had such a great time at Ruby Tuesday! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food came out fresh and perfectly cooked — the burgers were juicy, the salad bar was super clean and fully stocked, and everything tasted great.

What really stood out was how consistent everything was — you can tell they care about quality and service. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy a good meal, and feel taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I live in Florida on the coast and we don’t have a Rubys close to me so I was really excited to find one while I was traveling. I LOVE THE SALAD BAR. I’m vegan so getting a full meal on the road is kindof stupid sometimes. I use Yelp for directions so I obviously saw the rating of this restaurant and got a little weirded out, or- er, a lot weirded out- especially that one that says “the salad bar is not a full salad bar”. Being the brave stubborn woman that I am, I went anyway. I walked up to the door and feared they were closed because there is a white paper sign posted but I parked and tried anyway- the sign simply states that they’re closing at 8pm because they are short staffed. I walked in figuring this was going to be a hilariously terrible lunch but as soon as my feet crossed the threshold I was greeted by a very kind young lady, (later I found out ther name was Lana. I was the only person in the entire restaurant (okkkkk now I’m feeling like I’ve been set up) I indicated to the hostess that I’d like to sit at the bar and she walked me over with a smile and introduced me to Allison, the bartender. She greeted me with a warm, hello ma’am how may I help you. I asked for a Chardonnay and she asked my preference, house or something else, I chose house. She asked me if I was hungry or just drinking and I replied with a hesitant, “I’ll probably have the salad bar but may I see a menu” she handed me a menu and proceeded to let me know that they were having a special salad bar + soup or salad bar + loaded baked potato and gave me some time. She made some chit chat with another employee and they involved me, it was just anecdotal banter but it was nice, because I came in alone. So, I made my way over to the salad bar and let me tell y’all something. It IS a full salad bar, it’s stocked full and it’s SO CLEAN! Everything was fresh and very well presented. The greens were crisp and so were the cucumbers (usually they are the first things to go soggy) I made myself a beautiful salad bar and proceeded to have great conversation with Allison and Lana. Keep in mind, I was the only customer here at the time so they were not abandoning their duties or ignoring other guests during this time.
All restaurants go through hard times from time to time but it seems like whatever the problem they were having here was, it has been resolved.
