I am giving 4 for effort. The host was welcoming and accommodating. Not sure why the host had to wipe down tables before setting patrons. There were plenty of workers at the establishment. The food was good but not great. The orders did come out at a reasonable time. I ordered the deconstructed kabob. I had very little rice and the rice was cold. Some of the pieces of steak was well done and others medium well. The bell peppers were not sliced and big pieces were plated. Someone in my party ordered a 2nd drink but never received it. You can see the bar area got really busy. The waitress was attentive and provided quality service. Th place can use more organization. It can help if the manager went to the tables to ask patrons how everything was going. I only saw her come out when someone complained.

Good place for a decent lunch and probably dinner as well. I went for the Blue Moon beer, a nice signature burger and a chocolate volcano cake for desert. Everything was very tasty! The staff was nice and friendly. Good value for money!

I ordered through door dash to a hotel .4 miles away. My $5.99 potato and $5.99 soup arrived upside down in a huge bag with no butter, sour cream, salt or crackers. The potato looked and tasted like it had been cooked 3 days ago and reheated numerous times. I tried to call, but was put on hold for 21 minutes. Tried to call several times after that, but they would not answer. So for $23.00(includes $7.00 tip and taxes and fees) I have inedible food and I’m too sick to try again.

Ruby Tuesday in College Park, like most, has an excellent salad bar that is fresh, clean, and presentable, with plenty of fun stuff to choose from. Meals from the kitchen looked great also. The drinks we had were creative and very enjoyable. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, as a whole, looks very clean. Very much recommended.

I ordered the new artichoke dip with chips. The dip was hot and tasted good. For my entrée I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes. It was good. The meat wasnt dry and the mushrooms gave it extra flavor. Service wasnt the greatest. I understand that servers get busy but i did feel pressure to order my food right away. The ambience was okay, just another regular restaurant chain.

I’m happy from the time I came in to the time I left. My food was everything and then. “Tess” this bartender tonight is very attractive, patient, and my drink YESSSSSSS just YESSS! Vinson was go sweet and making sure I was good at all times.

Kenyun was the sweetest and most attentive hostess I’ve ever seen! We got “stuck” in Atlanta on two separate occasions (a year apart) and this Ruby Tuesday’s was the only restaurant walking distance from our hotel. It was the highlight of our time in Atlanta both times. Great food, excellent customer service!

The waiter was pleasant and friendly. However, the wait time was over 30 minutes for our meal. My sweet potato fries were okay, just a little soggy. Food was hot so that was good. We were pleasantly filled. Waiter was kind enough to bring out a missing part of the meal when requested.
