So we drove about five and a half hours from Clarksville, TN. We arrived at our hotel and decided to go for dinner. There were not many exciting options in the area so we chose this Ruby Tuesdays thinking it would be good given it’s a big chain. However after arrival we waited at the door behind three other groups. Only to watch those groups start walking out and complaining about waiting at the entry for 30 min and not one employee had come to greet anyone. We thought well better for us we won’t have to wait that long. So we waited the restaurant was not full given the size of the place. Plenty of tables were empty. After 20 min without being greeted or even acknowledged we decided to leave. What a let down. I do not recommend this location.

I stopped by Ruby Tuesday and had a phenomenal experience. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the customer service. My server, Terrence Brown, was exceptional — attentive, fast, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed.
Terrence went above and beyond, and honestly, he deserves to be promoted to management. Outstanding job! ️

Tanisha was such a great server. We came in on Thanksgiving because I worked. My family enjoyed the service and the details she goes out her way to provide because she cares about your dining experience. Natalina the bartender served us these drinks! Phenomenal. These ladies made our Thanksgiving dinner wonderful

Ruby Tuesday was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Our waiter, Carlos, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I had a business meeting here. The client wanted to meet here because it is quiet. This restaurant is near hotels. Plenty of parking. Traditional look outside. Somewhat dark inside. The place could use a little life/some updating, curb appeal, pizzazz, pop of color, lighting etc.
On Monday they had a special with their Smashburger and salad bar included. At $12 we both got the burger with a side and the free salad bar. The salad bar is quite enough to get you full. Followed by the burger and side, I was definitely full and ready for a nap. Great pricing and decent menu enough for you to find something you can eat. The items at the salad bar seem cold and fresh. I didn’t prefer the potato salad as it literally just taste like a potato with mayo on it.
The carrot cake was nine dollars, but it was really good. Moist with good icing. Server Lacora S. did a great job. Traditional American Menu. I feel like what you order will determine how you rate, you can’t trust everything. Easy in and out! Plenty of seating here. The burger and fries were small portion sized. Good taste- If I were ordering the burger and fries by itself, I would definitely want more. Almost dropped a star for the small size burger and fries but With the salad bar at lunch- it made it plenty.

I will not be back here for the food at all because that fried catfish sucked and it was as soft as mashed potatoes! Like they gave me something fried at 9 a.m. but I sat down at 1 p.m. yuck!!! No kind of crispy action. Now the drinks are not bad at all and I did catch a little tipsy action from the $6 specials. And I don’t want to diss the service but she didn’t do as good as she told me she did. But I always tip regardless because that’s what you do.

I waited over 10 minutes for the server to take my order and I had to get her attention. It wasn’t busy. The restaurant was practically empty.
Before I left, she put dirty dishes from another table on my table while she swept and I was still seated there. Unprofessional customer service.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I’m just shocked at how bad both the service and food were. I’m not sure if the staff was just having an off day or if this is the norm for Ruby Tuesday, but the experience was far below even my lowest expectations. The last time I ate at Ruby Tuesday was when I was a kid, so decades have passed—and this visit left me regretting giving it another try.
After an event, my friend and I decided to stop by. We were seated quickly, greeted, and got our drinks. The food also came out fairly fast, which turned out to be the only real positive of the visit. From that point on, everything went downhill. Anytime we needed help, we couldn’t get it. Items we requested never arrived. The waitress was unhelpful, and strangely, she kept refilling my drinks without me asking, yet ignored my friend’s repeated requests for his. It felt careless, and while I don’t want to assume the worst, it came across as if she either couldn’t be bothered to pay attention or simply didn’t care.
The food itself was equally disappointing. We ordered an appetizer and our meals. I had the chicken tenders with macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was dry, the appetizer wasn’t even fully cooked—the cheese wasn’t melted and still came out in clumps. Everything tasted subpar, and the atmosphere of the restaurant didn’t help either. The space feels very outdated, which only made the overall experience worse.
I went in expecting at least an average meal, but instead it was tremendously below average. Unless major changes are made—both to the food and the staff—I wouldn’t recommend Ruby Tuesday to anyone. I would only consider returning if the restaurant was restructured or under completely different management to see if things improved. As it stands right now, though, I’d strongly advise others to skip it.

I order from here all the time. Today’s order took the cake. I ordered and paid $20.70 for the French quarter chicken and mashed potatoes. I was highly disappointed when my order arrived and looked like a kids meal. The chicken was extremely small and looked like a nugget had 2 little mushrooms no grilled shrimp. It was supposed to be Cajun yet it was just grilled not Cajun at all. The chicken supposed to laid on a bed of mushrooms and onions, no bed at all. The mashed potatoes looked tampered with very very small portion then what I would have got if I sat and ate at the restaurant. I am very upset and still hungry, after $20 I could have gotten me a happy meal at McDonald’s and probably be more satisfied than I am right now. I can’t express how upset I am with this order.

My wife and I ordered slices of cake. They delivered through Uber, which was prepared on time. But for the price of nearly $11 a slice you can get a good size slice of carrot cake or a tiny piece of chocolate cake. It was super frustrating to have a large slice and a baby slice, let alone they are charging the same price!
