Such a welcoming atmosphere! I went to eat here with a friend and we were greeted by a nice lady named Makala who seated us and turned out to be our server! She was very knowledgeable about the menu which helped us a lot. The food was amazing and the manager Brandon stopped by our table to make sure of that. I’m definitely coming back to this location very soon!

I had such a wonderful experience tonight! After a long day of not having breakfast or lunch and attending my kids’ Christmas program, I finally sat down for dinner — and Liz made the entire experience amazing.
Her service was phenomenal from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Liz turned a very long day into a relaxing evening, and I appreciate her so much for that.

Exceptional service! Makial was an amazing server—attentive, personable, and professional. Hannah, the manager, was outstanding as well. Her leadership, friendliness, and professionalism were clear throughout our visit. The entire staff worked together beautifully, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. JUST had the most HORRIBLE experience!! The waitress (Liz) was instantly rude. I stated I wanted the salad bar and instead of asking “anything else”, she immediately asked my husband’s order to which I replied “I wasn’t done” (ordering). I requested a steak cooked medium well. When she brought the food to the table, she asked my husband (who ordered a burger) if HE needed any condiments. AND the steak was cooked medium rare. I don’t go out to eat to be met with hostility and backhanded lackluster service. I go out to eat so I don’t have to cook at home which I do 6/7 days. Very rarely do we get a “date night”. However, I would much rather spend what it costs to eat at a steakhouse on groceries than have to deal with the petty public I had to, tonight. As customers, we are not your problem so don’t take your problems out on us. Do better!!

We were seated promptly. Great food for the price. Be sure to check the website for their daily deals. Our server Danielle was super friendly, paid attention to our special requests and helpful with suggestions. Decor was comfortable with a tile floor pattern that messes with your eyes.

This experience was absolutely up there with other chain restaurants. My server was Liz and she worked out and asked me to ensure our experience or our order was delicious and enjoyable. The atmosphere is amazing but the chairs should be fixed a bit. I’m not bothered by the decor, and the salad bar is amazing! This chain may be known for their iconic salad bar but they also have great menu items. The french swiss smashed burger was delicious. Portion sizes are ok but they did skimp a bit on the fries. At the end I got a cookie skillet that was constructed perfectly in all corners. It was really delicious and warm. Clean bathrooms as well. I’ll be sure to return here again. Thank you Liz for the amazing customer service and hospitality.

I come here regularly for the incredible deals, and the absolutely DELISH food. And I’m telling you, that salad bar is S tier. Our waitress Danielle was incredibly friendly, and quick to recommend some excellent food options. Good location, deals, flavors, and staff! Absolutely recommend this spot; thank you!!
