Ruby Tuesday’s y’all should be ashamed of your selfs for the absolutely disgusting order I received! I ordered mine online from here the quesadillas they were all burnt. The cheese was old and hard. Y’all really should be shut down! I had to throw it in the garbage where it belongs! Won’t ever order from here again. Absolute waste of money.

My son took me and his son to dinner today…OMG I couldn’t believe the experience!! The server was on point! Made a delicious strawberry lemonae with sprite. My grandson had chicken tenders and fries…his food was raw, dought, burnt and hard…i ordered shrimp with penne. I asked for peppers and onions to be added…what a messthat was brought out…they forgot to put shrimp on the plate, the pasta was rubbery and the plate was filled with a half cup of olive oil…i was very disappointed and remembered why i stopped patronizing. Saturday 1/6- First time coming to this location. I can’t blame the brand for slowly going out of business. Location is very quiet I sat at the bar to eat and have a few drinks. Marcus was our bartender & he was pretty cool. Have us some suggestions and the food and salad was good. I had some pasta and chicken and it was really good. They have a salad bar at this location and it was clean and not messy. Bar area and the rest of the restaurant was clean. It was not busy or crowded at all. I do check out the restrooms and it was also really clean . If you are looking for a quick meal and quiet dinner. Stop by Ruby Tuesday. I had a very good experience here. Highly recommend.

Toya was a great server very friendly and right on time with everything. Anthony the chef cooked my steak perfectly and the rest of the food was hot and delicious. We will call before we go to make sure Anthony is there to prepare the food. Great visit! We had not been there in a long time due to the food was not good at that time but thought we would try again and glad we did. Ty for bringing back the coconut shrimp one of our favorite appetizers.

Let’s start with the fact they had 1 server for the whole restaurant and he said it was his 1st day. It took 45 minutes to get our food. I had the Bourbon Salmon with zucchini and rice. I drink a mango lemonade, and my husband had a gentleman‘s Jack and Coke. My husband had Ribs, Steak and shrimp with fries. They gave me 2 tablespoons of rice! My husband steak was supposed to be cooked medium. It was cooked well done. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie sundae and the server said they didn’t have any skillets to cook them in. So I couldn’t get it. So we got the bill and saw that we were charged for a side of fries that came with the meal and also charged for a $2 upgrade shot when my husband only ordered a Jack and coke. The manager said that’s the way they have to ring it up. She said they have to charge for the name of the brand and then charge an extra two more dollars for the type and this have to be separate. look at the menu! It shows the upgrade and look at the receipt. It doesn’t matter if it’s $2 don’t tell me it’s the way they do and it’s NOT! We have eaten at Rubys before and never had that. She is a liar! Spring Lake is the worst location and should be shut down! Or they need new management and obviously they need more servers.

We ate here on12/21/25 and the service was terrible. Our waitress first got our drink orders as normal.You figure then she would be right back for our order. No, it took 30 minutes before she came back on got our order and we had to tell her we needed refills on drink. She was gonna just walk away.It wasn’t like they were busy or anything.There was a total of 4 tables being served. She was too busy playing on her phone instead of doing her job. We received our food an hour after getting there. Ordered a Bacon cheese burger and when I received it there was no bacon. The manager I figure came out and said I’ll get you your bacon. She did and was nice about it.She also had to say something to the waitress about another customer needing attention.This is terrible.I used to go there every two months or so but the last two times have been so bad I’m not going back. You have to have better service or you won’t survive. This is why you’re so dead on a Sunday. Find better servers!!
Note beware since leaving the review waitresses (who’s name was not named above) family members and a fake profile have started to harass me on Facebook about this and manager has been made aware. I will not remove the review as it was accurate and it should show that things need to change if they want more customers. If the harassment continues I will get the police involved and charges will be pressed against the people harassing me and the restaurant as they are aware of the situation and should handle it.

Starting with the food, the salad bar was not stocked. There was no lettuce, no carrots, nothing. They werent restocked until we mentioned it. The tomatoes were warm, the croutons were soft, the pumpkin seeds were not pumpkin seeds, the grapes were so dirty they made my brother’s plate brown! My brother’s Mac n Cheese was dry and cold in the middle- clearly reheated poorly. The service was not good either. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or cleared off our table. My grandma ordered a burger with no pickles as she is HIGHLY allergic. She got a burger with pickles, we said we heard her say it because the waitress, instead of apologizing and going to correct it, just said ‘I didnt hear the no pickles’, then asked what we wanted to do. She’s allergic, we cant keep it? The manager was talked to, and she just kept making excuses- especially about the salad bar being empty. She said they were working on it, but after I mentioned it- everything just so happened to be brought out. Oh, also the overload chocolate cake was stale. But good. The place was nice though, aside from that.

Eric The waiter was very professional and polite. If we needed anything he was willing to help. The food was good had no complaints on the mushrooms burgers.
I had to come and change stars on the food rating. Yesterday 11/24 I ate the left over of the Philly cheesesteak my son did not eat, a few hours later my stomach started hurting and I felt very nauseous. It might have been the cheese spread that was on the Philly it had a weird taste to it. Would not recommend getting the cheese.
