Update 10/19/25:
Jackie (General Manager) and her assistant Mandy reached out today to ask about our visit and personally apologize. They were very professional and apologetic and if I or anyone else had an issue at this location I would feel confident in reaching out to them and knowing they genuinely cared and wanted to fix the issues. Updating my stars to 4/5.

I sent the requested information to their customer service and they said someone from the location would reach out within 48hrs to address my issues/concerns.

We arrived a little before 3 p.m., and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. After ordering, it took almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive, we ordered a chicken tender platter and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with tots, and both were served cold. Some of our group ordered the unlimited soup and salad, and it took a long time to get additional soup which was also not served hot. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location unless you’re prepared to wait nearly an hour for your meal and enjoy bad service. Our server disappeared for long periods of time, rarely checked on us, and never offered refills. So, not sure if he is to blame for the cold food or not but we definitely will not visit this location again.

Take-out order very small portion, steep price, barely average quality. This was $15 for a tiny bit of oily rice, 5 small pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of zucchini and a few pieces of green peppers! Oh and the broccoli serving size was pathetic. At least put some rice in there to make it look like more. 1st time I ordered this it was as a decent portion. Ordered twice since (same restaurant) and portion keeps getting smaller. Never again!

I think I received a kids portion. Very small servings. Wait staff don’t listen well. Take their time getting refills. Food was good, just no value. High prices small portions. Salad bar is always awesome.

Jax our server was absolutely awesome. We went with a party of 11, three of them children, and even had a few guests arrive late. Still our food was ready at the same time. Jax kept our drinks full and brought us everything we asked for with a smile. We were there for several hours and he attended to us the entire time Excellently. We return to the restaurant on 920. Although our food was not good again, our service was wonderful. Josh was our server. It was his first night solo and he was wonderful. He handled the situation the best that he could. Also, the manager did discount our meal. I still will go back and try it again. Everybody has bad nights.

Our server was great. She kept checking on us a topped of our beverages. We got the salad bar and that was okay. It’s not as full as it used to be before the pandemic, but you can still build a decent salad. There was no spinach out and that was a disappointment. Otherwise it was okay

Had dinner here last weekend and overall it was pretty pleasant. The place has a cozy vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to just relax and enjoy a meal. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries, and it was cooked well, nothing too salty or overdone. The service was friendly, though a little slow since the place was busy. Prices felt reasonable for the portion size. Would probably come back if I’m in the area again, mostly for a casual bite rather than a special night out.

I’m from Buffalo NY near Niagara Falls and Ruby Tuesdays left our area. We were happy to see this near our hotel! We loved the fresh salad bar even at 9 pm! The food was good as well. All of the staff we spoke with was super friendly. We miss Ruby Tuesdays!!

Haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in a long time. I was so impressed with the renovation and the food was excellent. The only problem was the server was overwhelmed and 2 hosts was standing up front on their phone’s. They should have helped him. I was going to get salad bar, but it needed wiped down and refreshed. But the server did well regardless. I will be back for sure

We stopped in around 7pm for dinner, only because it was close to our hotel. What a mistake! Our waiter/waitress (not sure to be honest) smelled of cigarette smoke so bad it was hard to focus on what to order. The salad bar was decent but not amazing the way I remember them being. We order samon, steak and a trio of potato wedges, boneless wings and sliders. The steak was ordered medium. When the food arrived, the salmon was undercooked and the steak (filet was ordered) was a sirlon and rare. The potato wedges were cold and the beef on the sliders looked to be 3 days old.

Had an awesome experience at Ruby Tuesday! Our server, Joshua, was on point the entire time, super friendly, fast, and really made the meal enjoyable. He checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Great service all around!
