I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ruby Tuesday’s, and it was all thanks to our server Lauren! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They checked on us at the perfect times, made great menu recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly right.

It’s rare to get service that makes a meal feel special, but they truly went above and beyond. Even when the restaurant was busy, they stayed positive, professional, and efficient. You can tell they really care about customers having a great experience.

If you’re dining here, I hope you get this server they are hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Ruby Tuesday’s is lucky to have them!

Ate at Ruby Tuesday off of venture drive in Morgantown. Lauren was our waitress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the Valentine’s Day drink specials! The salad bar was amazing but wish they would add the hard boiled eggs back to it!!!! aside from that, everything was perfect. Lauren also helped up sign up for the ruby Tuesday rewards program and we were able to redeem free dessert!

We will be back to visit Lauren!

Had an awesome experience thanks to Amya. She was an absolute rockstar. Super friendly, super chill, and totally on top of everything. She kept our drinks filled, gave great menu tips, and made the whole meal feel easy and fun. Even though the place was busy, she never missed a beat.
If you get Amya as your server, you’re in for a great time. Highly recommend!

Jahzara was a fantastic server! She was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond when serving her tables! The food was more delicious than I expected and the drinks packed a punch. Awesome first impression of Ruby Tuesday! Would definitely swing by again next time we come through town. Atmosphere gets 3 stars because it felt frozen in the 90’s, but that’s part of the charm!

My service was amazing, i was asked many times throughout my stay if i needed anything from several different waitresses and even the hosts. The food was good and salad bar plates were cleared off the table before they had the chance to stack. The salad bar was full and in great condition, i am very happy with my meal and “sunny” who served it to me. would gladly come back!

No wait, Manager was really kind, checked in on tables. Bailie made sure as a server that all my needs were met. Bailie along with other servers, hosts, and staff checked with me, and never let any of my plates stack. Salad bar was clean, and everything was organized. My food was excellent, warm, and the burger was well done like I asked for. Overall everything was amazing. I’ll be returning back.

We were traveling through the area and wanted to stop to celebrate a special occasion with a nice dinner. Now we’re wishing we would have chosen a different location.

About 5 minutes after I ordered the New York strip our waitress (Lindsey, I believe was her name, who was great!) came out and informed me that the kitchen would need about 20 more minutes to defrost the steak and they were offering a T-bone instead. I didn’t mind the 20 minute wait since we had the salad bar available and I hadn’t had a NY strip in a long time. I said no problem we’ll wait (my mistake I guess).

At least an hour after we ordered, our food came with a lot of apology from Lindsey. She explained that in addition to the steak needing to be thawed, the ribs we ordered had to be remade because “something happened in the kitchen” and they messed up the order.

Now, the ribs were great! Tender and they fell right off the bone, so kudos for that. The steak, ordered medium, was so over cooked I didn’t eat 3/4 of it. It was the driest, grayest steak I’ve ever eaten. I tried to like it, but it was just terrible. The waitress saw that it was way over cooked and apologized. She even commented that it was “way past well done”. She offered steak sauce (which I declined) and apologized saying they have a new cook who was being trained on the pantry as well. I told her it’s not her fault, of course. We paid, left a tip, and left without being offered any kind of compensation.

I’m not usually one to complain at a restaurant, or send a meal back but now I wish I had. We paid far too much for a terrible dining experience so we won’t be returning. Again, the waitress was great and only tried to offer apology after apology for what she knew was so obviously a mess in the kitchen.
