We had such a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday! Breanna was an absolutely amazing waitress — friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our visit special, and her great attitude made the whole meal even better. The food was delicious as always, and the service was top-notch. We love Ruby Tuesday and will definitely be coming back soon!

I used to love this place it was one of my all time favorites.
But I have to tell you after not having Ruby Tuesdays this was a big let down.
The burgers were very small and the tots overcooked the salad bar was definitely sub par. My long island ice tea was lacking as well.
But I will say my waitress was amazing very personable and attentive.
Notice my drink versus the photo on the menu.
And the ranch dressing on the salad bar was blah.
The bar did look well stocked.

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. Ordered online. Didn’t receive a side of fries that was supposed to come with our ribs. Didn’t have the $1.50 side of bbq sauce that I ordered so we just didn’t get anything and was not refunded for that at all. Ordered a separate side of loaded cheese fries that was missing the scallions and Queso and was maybe 10 fries glued together with cheddar cheese for 6$ And it was cold. Didn’t get ranch with our soggy $12 fried pickles so my wife went back in the store and was given a side of bleu cheese, they wouldn’t give her the side of fries that was missing. Got home and the shrimp for the shrimp scampi was still raw. The pasta had no flavor. Ribs were gray and actually tasted rancid. We ended up just throwing the food away and we’re told that we can’t get a refund. Stay away from here unless you want to get literally robbed.

We stopped in to place a to go order (2 entrees and mozz sticks) – it took an hour for our food to be ready! There were only about 3-4 tables in the restaurant at the time. The mozzarella sticks were ready about 30 minutes before the other food = cold. Other food was fine. Worst part, no staff acknowledged how long we had been waiting, we will not be returning.

We are from out of state and we’re thrilled to see a Ruby Tuesday in Lewisburg, WVa. Ours in NH closed several years ago. We were not disappointed… the salad bar was excellent as usual. The coconut shrimp and deconstructed shish kebab was delicious. Montana was delightful, informative and attentive. Thank you for giving us a wonderful dining experience!

Mimi was our waitress – 2nd time we have had her. She is fantastic. Everyone else seemed overwhelmed, but she was cool , calm, and collected during a busy Saturday night. Yes, the wait for food was long. But she made us aware of the situation and was very accommodating. Steak was over done and my sour cream was missing for my baked potato but just because she tried her best that’s what gave this visit a pretty good star rating. Had it been someone else- I’m not sure it would have been rated as high. Give Mimi a raise! She’s deserving of it.

Stopped in here for the first time in many years and the environment was clean and appealing. The salad bar was stocked and clean. Our server was Sara and she did a great job. The presentation of the food was nice until I looked at the Smash burger I ordered. Apparently they smash a burger, cook it and then cut it in half to make a double. It was plenty of food for me but if you advertise a double cheese burger most people don’t expect one patty cut into two.

Absolute waste of time! We were traveling from Virginia Beach to Central Kentucky, 300 miles left until we made it home! Absolutely nightmare vacation in Virginia Beach (WHOLE OTHER STORY AND REVIEW ON THAT ONE! Travelodge by Wyndham Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront ‼️) so we was starving by the time we got to this RUBY TUESDAY and ready to get home, walked in and it Took 20mins to be waited on, had to go chase down a waiter to let them know we was still waiting and had been ready to order! Finally a manager came out and asked if we’d like a free salad bar to hopefully help with our troubles! Then once we ordered my wife made it very clear she wanted the 6oz sirloin WELL DONE! Steak came out PINK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PIECE OF MEAT! We didn’t fuss, just switched our meals with one another! Then we started eat Finally & realized we had no silverware, wasn’t asked if we’d like steak sauce or ketchup. Had to get up AGAIN to chase down another waiter to ask for condiments. Finally came and our food was cold by this point! We ate our food and they gladly brought us our bill, which if they wanted to make it right it should’ve been FREE! NO QUESTION ASKED!
