Second time going to a Ruby Tuesday within a year and I promise there will not be a third. The first was in Tennessee and if you read my review you know how I felt about that. This was in Virginia and was just as bad. The only reason we stopped was because it was by the interstate.
My wife got the deconstructed Kebab and got the Rib eye and Ribs. Hers was chewy and uneatable and my ribs burnt and the “Rib eye” was unlike any Rib eye I had ever had. It was centimeters thick, tough and chewy. The salad bar was horribly stocked and nothing looked fresh.
Our server, Ezekiel, was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully he will find a better place to work, because he’s too good to work at low quality dining place like this
There was ZERO atmosphere because on a Saturday night at 8:00pm there may have eight people in the entire restaurant. That should have been our first clue… if you’re restaurant is the first one off the interstate and it’s empty on a Saturday night, there’s a reason.
In conclusion, horrible!!! Everything, outside of Ezekiel, was disappointingly bad. I wouldn’t recommend this or ANY Ruby Tuesday to anyone. Save your money and drive to the gas station down the road. 1 out of 10.

It’s been a while since I had come to ruby Tuesdays and I must say it wasn’t as promising as I had hoped. The service was good as my waitress was very nice, quick on her feet and very enjoyable to talk to. But the food was lacking in flavor, the salad bar a mess and all around wasn’t as appraising. Even the 6oz steak I had ordered was weighed in at only 4.8oz. All in all, the bill was paid, the staff was tipped and the story comes to an end abruptly. Try again ruby’s.

I was very impressed with our server Stacy. She had the whole bar to herself to work that included about 8 to 10 booths and the entire bar but she kept up great job. I liked watching her work but she really hustled. I had the t-bone steak and asked for it mini mirror. It came medium well and it was tough and chewy. My wife liked her salmon enough. I will have to remember not to order steak and a chain restaurant since I believe they must have some kind of rule not to cook, steak, medium rare. Better stick to fish and chips or sandwiches here.

We had Makenzie as our server and she was freaking tremendous! She made sure we had a great experience. Our steak was over cooked and she took care of it quickly and had the kitchen replace it. Cajun shrimp on the steak was very tasty. The strawberry Lemonade was perfect. Salad bar was fresh and met expectations. Dining room was clean and well maintained. We would return the next time we’re in Lexington.

Not your Dads Ruby Tuesday. We stopped in after a hard days drive and were met by ‘Hailey M‘ who provided a smile, good sense of humor and great service. The meals were very tasty and presented in an appetizing manner. We ordered the baby back ribs (FYI the meat fell off the bones) and the veggie burger. Both entrees were very good. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are sure to try them again on future Northern adventures. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the entire staff.

Had F&C with the salad bar. The salad bar was its usual excellent selection and everything was fresh. They have added a house made ranch which is excellent. The Fish and Chips were typically chain but with a twist. They use pollock which for me is the best fish for F&C. Not everyone will agree but give a try. The fries were likely frozen but nicely seasoned and everything was piping hot. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.

My food was burnt and greasy, the rice couldnt even cover the taste. They did take it off the bill and offer free salad bar. The dish cured my hunger,,by having burnt food taste.

After posting a review of 3 stars based on my experience at Ruby Tuesday’s on New Year’s Eve, I was contacted by Ruby Tuesday’s. They wanted us to have a great experience. On 1/20/25 we visited Ruby Tuesday’s again for lunch. The meal was provided for us. The service by Jade was extraordinary. The food was terrific and came to the table hot this time. I thank Ruby Tuesday’s for wanting to provide good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere to their patrons. They fulfilled those goals on 1/20/25. Thank you.

Absolutely loved Ruby Tuesday! The atmosphere was so quiet and relaxed. Our server was amazing and the food was awesome ! Our server explained the menu and specials extremely well. A great experience! Highly recommend.
