I’m leaving this review because my experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable as a Black woman. From the moment I walked in, the service felt noticeably different compared to other guests. I was ignored for long periods of time, spoken to curtly, and treated with a lack of basic courtesy that others around me clearly received.
What made this especially upsetting is that nothing about my behavior warranted this treatment. I was polite, patient, and respectful. Yet I left feeling singled out and unwelcome. No customer should ever feel this way, especially based on race.
I hope management takes this seriously and reflects on how staff treat all patrons. Everyone deserves respectful, equal service when they’re spending their hard-earned money.

So it’s Sunday we went over Gloucester to the flea market afterwards driving down route 17. We saw a ruby Tuesday they close the one down in Williamsburg. Just sad anyway we went to eat their customer service. Excellent food excellent atmosphere. Excellent wish it was back in Williamsburg we truly enjoyed ourselves. Food was excellent and great again. We will be going back.

I love Ruby Thursday because of the salad bar; it’s one of the few left. The salad bar was mostly fresh with the notable exception of the head of lettuce being pretty brown. The mixed greens and romaine were good. The family who ordered soup and entrees were less than impressed.
The women’s bathroom is in desperate need of a face-lift. Tiles were missing off the floor, and the sink ran only cold water to wash my hands.
In the end we paid over $100 for 3. It just wasn’t worth it for me.

I am very disappointed in you guys. I am pregnant and only wanted a chicken sandwich. You give me and my husband rotten lettuce. Then offer to make our sandwiches fresh but give us more rotten lettuce. I lost my appetite and not in a good way. Absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh and I have photos of the disgusting food you sent my family home with.

Great food! Fast service! Maggie was an amazing server, always kept my drink full and is such a nice lady. When I was seated, she came, introduced herself, and asked how I was. It was a welcome departure for “hi can I take your order”

We had a great impromptu dinner tonight. Dinner was amazing, dessert was amazing but lowkey too much it’s called chocolate overload for a reason We got sat in Darlen’s section and let me tell you, she was amazing. Super friendly, super attentive and super fast. If you come to this Ruby Tuesday, definitely ask to be sat in Darlen’s section if she’s here!

Darlene is always friendly and very attentive. The garden bar is delicious. You can not beat the salad bar and smash burger. For the price of $9.99. get the app. It is well worth it! A lot of good deals on the app.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. We were seated quickly. Our servers was quick, friendly, and brought drink refills without having to ask…always a good sign! Each kid got a different meal and cleaned their plate. Definitely recommend for families or anyone!
