Service from Emma was astronomical!! Our server was very sweet and attentive. I wishmorr Emma’s were in customer service. The world would be a better place. Our appetizer was cold as was my entre. Restaurant appeared clean and well staffed. Salad bar was amazing.

It’s pretty sad when the restaurant was doing so good!!! Now it’s going back to how it was 9 months ago…. We go a get food from here 4 or 5 times a month… when your dropping $60-$80 a pop the food better be good. Well it’s not!!!! When you get burnt food a the cook says it’s extra sauce yah no!!!! A send out the wrong food a the cook Completely messes up your order.. you think the manager would come over and do something nope!!!! Or your Server would do some kinda discount ….. an it’s even more messed up when you run into the General manager right after you leave an she tells you I’ll call you tomorrow an make it up!!!! Let see that was nov 1…. Today is nov 5… still no call why should I spend my money here?

Had a great dinner but I know next time I won’t order the chicken pasta meal anymore! The peas were hard, whatever the hard cheese that comes on top before you eat it was hard and the bread was kinda hard. But my husband loved his smash burger my tow sons loved there food. Salad bar was almost empty and the spoons were kinda hard to put the food on the plate without trying to use something to get it off the spoon to the plate. Whatever that pasta on the salad section with what looked like chicken was nasty my son didn’t like it.
The waitress was excellent loved her green nails!
It took very long tho to get our food and we noticed we wasn’t the only one waiting. But see I wouldn’t have mind the wait but my food was not good and the salad bar wasn’t all that.

Decent place. Door host didn’t seem to care. Server was great. Food was aveage. Music was a bit loud even with only a few tables seated. Table was sticky when we arrived and had to ask for additional utensils as the first were dirty.

My fiance and I came in on 12/18 around 5:00pm for the salad bar special. We were very impressed. we were greeted immediately at the door and the service was excellent. The salad bar was stocked beautifully. Toot the shift lead came over at the end of our meal and greeted us. This was an absolute wonderful experience.

Haven’t eaten here in awhile, what a disappointment. Service started off bad. Dirty silverware for both customers. Booth had food under the table on the floor. Table top was clean, but edges were filthy and sticky. Can’t really comment on our server, only saw her when she took our order and when she brought us the bill. There were actually more employees than customers for a Saturday night at 7 PM. This should have been a warning sign. I ordered the catfish and shrimp. Most of the catfish was dry and hard and it was the thinnest catfish I’ve ever had. Only half the catfish was edible, and thats being generous. Shrimp definitely came from a box. Mash potatoes dry and lacked flavor. Both of our cole slaw were sour and inedible. We told our server when she brought the bill, never checked on us during our meal. She didnt seem to really care. My wife ribs were really the best part of the meal. We used to eat here several times a year, but I doubt we’ll ever return. I’d say that the reason is no management (didn’t see one while dinning and with virtually no customers they should have stopped by each table to check on us.) Defintly lacking standards and pride in service. This was once a nice restaurant.

Great place and we love the salad bar. I came in for dinner tonight and I couldn’t help but notice our personal favorite Allison wasn’t working and the last time we came in neither. The service was okay but Allison when she’s there always greets us so warmly, remembers our name and has top notch service and etiquette. She is the reason we continue to come back. This is the only reason I give a four instead of a five-star rating.

I don’t normally leave reviews for chain restaurants since you pretty much know what you’re going to get, but I need to shout out both a server and a manager from our trip yesterday.
Our server was Emma- she was so sweet, and very prompt even though she had a ton of tables. She helped us through deciding on what cocktails to get and what to share for an appetizer.
When entrees came out, there was a minor issue with our pasta but we weren’t going to say anything. The manager Matt stopped by right as we were talking about the issue and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. He made me feel like they really wanted the visit to be perfect which is something you don’t usually get at a chain. We all had a chat and Matt mentioned the catering service they offer so we are going to give that a shot for our next office lunch.

Our waitress Emma was absolutely fantastic! She truly made the experience great. The lobster bisque was not good at all which is disappointing. Not much flavor and no meat at all. The coconut shrimp was delicious. The staff was great.
