7-21-23 Stephanie our server was funny, professional, and on point! Fun classics with some new twists. I had the Tacoidilla and of course the salad bar. Those croutons are killer!!! My wife had the Ruby Burger with Sweet Potato fries. They cooked to perfection.

Every time I eat here I have to tell them to heat my food up… it’s like u order a meal one of ur sides will be cold it makes no sense at all!!! All Food should be HOT my mash potatoes COLD and this is not the first time the nachos and queso… gotta tell them to heat the cheese up

I mainly go here for the salad bar & it was not what it should have been. They should keep it stocked & wiped down constantly. The other food items were decent but nothing to have your mouth watering for a return visit. They are one of the few dine in options nearby so they will typically stay busy.

Came to Ruby Tuesday’s today 3/3/23 and usually I have a good experience when I come here, but today I wasn’t pleased at all!! I had to seat myself at the bar because nobody came to great me after waiting for 2 minutes!!! Today we ordered 2 drinks, 2 orders of wings and 1 mozzarella sticks and 1 order of onion rings!! Now usually when I get onion rings they are a substantial size! Today they served me 6 onion rings the size of a dime and expected me to pay for that. When I mentioned it to the waitress her response was I’m just the middle man. She then asked if I wanted a different order which I responded yes! She then came back with the same 6 dime sized onion rings with an additional 5 more dime size added to what was supposedly changed!! Was extremely disappointed in the restaurant!! Your serving dime sized onion rings for $9.99!!! A complete rip off! Then to add an additional $9.99 because you gave me 5 more dime sized onion rings!!!! I’m soo furious and beyond disappointed!! This is my go to when I’m just trying to have a quick bite to eat. I hope they really correct there error and for the future not try to cheat customers in paying for something that’s not worth the price!!

My co-driver had the ribs and they were fork tender and awesome. I had a bite with and without the BBQ sauce and it was awesome both ways. I had the smoke house burger had the right combo of ingredients and no one thing dominated making for an explosion of flavor. Was so full had the strawberry cheese cake to go. Staff was friendly and checked on us without interrupting the conversation. Very polite and courtious.

Steak was fatty and somehow still tough, and it was soaked in what tasted like brown sugar. Disgusting, worst steak I’ve ever had. They are using cheap surplus meat and trying to pass it off as “choice.” The marinara sauce was also sweet. There was nothing edible in my order.

This place was pretty good. Stefan was my server. I didn’t agree with two drinks I had. He made it right and didn’t charge me for it. Splendid. I ordered chicken tenders and a 6oz sir loin. My wife also had a steak. Hers was different but tasted just as good. Probably going back today!

I was starving and working in this area I figured let me go here it’s close . Very disappointed for 1 I paid $17.58 for a plate of salad and a sprite . I ordered the nachos the waiter said they’re good . Look for yourself . I asked what’s this bite stuff he said Queso I asked for a manager I said the same thing she said when it cools it looks like that . I love cooking and I make Queso and never ever have I seen it like that ever in life . I just wasted $20 bucks for nothing . There was a huge party that walked in and they walked right back out . Next time I will still to Cracker Barrel at least I get my monies worth …
