Food is decent, love the salad bar. This ice cream though! My son and I shared it and still couldn’t eat all of it. Great place to take kids. Very convinient if you’re already in the mall.

My family was there in mid-evening, and while the service wasn’t bad, the food definitely is not what it used to be. The pasta for my chicken parmesan was overcooked and rubbery, and the streamed broccoli was stringy; The chicken was the only thing I liked about the dish. I also had to ask for a new glass of water since mine had dirt in it. The only reason my rating is not lower is the rest of my family enjoyed their meals. Hoping for a better meal another time.

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Server was running all over the place – took her 25 minutes to finally take our food order. Two of the members of our party of 4 just ended up settling for the salad bar after about 15 minutes went by. Took about another 45 minutes to receive our food. Should have thrown down cash for our drinks and left like the table next to us had. Never did a manager come to apologize for the bad service or provide any type of customer service. Being a waitress myself, I am beyond appalled by the entire experience and would not suggest it.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The staff was rude, and annoying. The food was disgusting. I would have gotten better food at Burger King. The sirloin was awful, the Macaroni was extremely dry, and the burgers everyone else got were horrible. The only good thing was the baked potato I got, but honestly how hard is it to cook a baked potato. The waiter kept coming back every two minutes, and clearly did not like working there. He also kept trying to ask me what I did not like about my food when I had a mouth full of potato, which was the only thing I ate. My friends said the burgers were the worst they ever received. For my first expiance eating at a Ruby Tuesday I’m extremely disgusted, and disappointed. On top of everything we paid over $70.00 for horrible food! Will not be eating at a Ruby Tuesday again! The service sucked, and the food is horrible!

We did not get too far… Server was happy and very detailed, but 45 minutes later, the appetizer and food was never served.

I Asked one of the crew members for the manager and the response was “the manager is in the back, running all over the place she will be with you in 5-10 minutes”

They seem understaffed, inexperienced, disorganized and detached from the customer needs. ZERO manager empathy is never good for business. Don’t waste your time in this place…

I’ve always liked this place. It was one of my go-to place to stop for food at the mall. However, when my family and I ate here yesterday, we were pretty disappointed. As soon as we walked in the door, a young lady (not much older than me) with red/pinkish hair came to us. She asked us if we wanted 2 kids menus. Being that it was just my dad, my little sister, and I, she was asking if I wanted a kids menu. I was immediately enraged by this comment as I was WAY above the age of the kids menu. I believe that she may have known I was above the age because as she saw the annoyance in my face, she smiled, ignorantly. I was so displeased with this lady. From that unpleasant moment on, I swore to myself I would NEVER come back here again. The food was decent and the service was ok. However, for the price of the food, it wasn’t worth it. I really do not know what happened to this place. It has really gone downhill. For me, I know that I will never waste my money, time, and patience at this Ruby Tuesday’s again.

my fiance, his friend and myself were there last tuesday I would say probably around 11am. our server was absolutely nowhere to be found. the only thing she did was come and get our drink and food order, that’s it. after that she was gone. we could not find her anywhere. we had to go to the bar ourselves just to get our soda and water refills. let’s just say we were EXTREMELY frustrated. on the bright side though, the manager did everything she could to make it right. she went above and beyond what she had to. I wish I remembered her name, I would really like for her to get recognition for an absolutely OUTSTANDING job. she is, I believe, a shift leader. if you know who she is please give her recognition for everything she did for us!

The menu had 3 ways to get your food. Supposed to get a dessert. But was refused when i asked. I wanted the chocolate cake. But I will take my business elsewhere and never return or recomend this dump. I felt like i was an annoyance to the server. Never introduced herself. Just asked for our drinks. Bad feeling from beginning.
