The quality and staff has gone way down. One of the staff had his girl and baby child over and they were taking the kid into the kitchen. Definitely not professional or sanitary. The salad bar is still great and there’s some items on the menu that are our favorite, but the staff just isn’t at the caliber it used to be. Management doesn’t walk around and check up on us. You can tell the locals are turned off too, we went one evening and there was only four people eating in, it was like a ghost town.

The salad bar was really fresh. First time through was pretty quick. The second time, not so quick. Service was very good. I gave it four stars instead of five was because of the grilled asparagus. Super chewy. They charge you an extra $2 for it. The least they could do is cook it right! Right??

The food and service were amazing. Felicia was our server and she is one of the best we’ve had anywhere. The restaurant was very clean, the food not only looked good, but tasted even better. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were celebrating my parents 65th wedding anniversary and it was awesome.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food the waiter told us he dropped the food and they had to remake our food. Took 45 min for a couple of pieces of chicken. This was after going to the salad bar and half of it was closed due to a problem. When I was almost done with my salad I was told there were other choices from the salad bar in the back. Nice to know when I’m about done. After all this, we weren’t offered a discount! Awful experience. There were only 3 other tables with people at them! This was at 3p on a Thursday afternoon.

I got the same meal that I have gotten for years and the portion size is DEFINITELY smaller. Some of the side dishes between those at our table got mixed up during plating, though that issue was fixed quickly. I believe the people in the booth behind us had an issue with their food as well. We went for dinner when most other places were packed but there was hardly anyone at RT. Our waiter was nice, though.

Our Food was cold!
Service was bad at best. Waitress kept tripping on nothing and seemed high.
My steak was over cooked and so cold butter could not even melt on veggies or potato.
Two meals, both cold and not cooked correctly for my wife nor myself. My wife Hasn’t eaten here in years since quite a few bad experiences. SHE WONT BE BACK! Would give ZERO STARS but UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE!

Not very busy, one entire side was empty, waited almost a half hour for our food. Others around us who came in later were already served theirs! Finally got it & was told free desert. Ordered desert to go. Waited & was told it would be right out when waitress brought our bill. Waited 15 minutes more, never got our desert & the waitress never came back for our bill. But she did have time to stand & talk with her friends, they were at the next table. Finally walked out & told her to keep the deserts. It will be a long time before we ever go back . We had bad service a few years ago but decided to give them another try. Last time they lost our order completely!

Great place to eat. I can order something that feels like fancy food or I can order my favorite comfort food, a hamburger, and really enjoy my meal.
The salad bar is always pleasing. I like the variety of items they have and also that some of the items are out of the ordinary. Like sunflower seeds. I have always enjoyed the broccoli salad. They get the right mix on it.
We always sit at the bar. We find the service is faster and the bartenders/servers are able to answer any questions we have while making drinks to go to the dining room.
All-in-all one of our favorite chain restaurants.

My family and I just had a meal at Ruby Tuesdays on the strip in Williamsport, Pa . There was a 15 minute wait at Olive Garden so we decided to come here. We wish we would have waited! The service was lousy . She complained about the manager thinking it was going to be slow so they let everyone off. We were there for 30 minutes before we got our drinks and had actually finished our salads from the salad bar by the time they arrived. The salad bar needed a lot of work as most items were out . There was a sour smell near the salad bar(.sour milk)We finally got our drinks and my daughters meal came out( she had ordered hush puppies and only got 2 the size of a gumball. We ordered the soft pretzels as an app and we got them in a box to go as they arrived as we were ready to go. Partway through our meal another couple was finished and as they left they said good luck and said here’s the ketchup if you need it and pointed to the table next to us ( we had watched them get their own from another table). Tables we left dirty around the restaurant. As we walked out we felt our feet sticking to the floor. There were only 6 tables while we were there…so not busy!! We will not be returning!
