Excellent experience, great salad bar, very good service, a whole vibe. Food arrived tantalizingly presented / prepared very well, Breanne was attentive, helpful, and had good suggestions. Bob, the big cheese, was responsive and professional. You know it’s good when you forget to take pictures until the end. I will most certainly return here and suggest others do the same

I have been here a few times within the past few months and every time the food was good (smash burger and deconstructed kabob) though above all, service great. This evening was no exception. Bre was our server and was fabulous! Bottomline, for price…this beats fast food. We will be back.

My mom found a hair in her food the meal was comped but the food took about 2 hours just for it to look like it had been sitting out for a long time. The bread for my sliders was hard as a rock I didn’t eat anything but few bites off my plate. I didn’t touch my other drink cus I was waiting for the food to come out but was still charged for it…. Came here before got salmon and it was microwaved and moms steak was raw, Other tables got dessert on the house but we were left out… we won’t be back….. also just a tip for you guys please give bigger cups of sauce :(so disappointed was supposed to be a good New Year’s Eve dinner well it wasn’t. Also I thought it was very rude at the end for our waitress ASKING us to tip her…

We had no wait for a table at this Ruby Tuesday on a Friday evening at dinner time. We were seated right away and greeted promptly by our server, Carly, who took our drink orders, explained what the specials were, and gave us time to look over the large variety of items on the menu. Once we decided what to order, our food came out very promptly and was fresh and hot when brought to our table. I had a 6 oz ribeye with a baked potato ($18.49). My husband had one of the specials, which was a 6 oz. ribeye, shrimp, and 1/2 rack of ribs with fries ($23.99). Steaks were prepared as ordered and were larger than we were expecting. Baked potato was also quite large. Ribs had plenty of sauce and were tender and tasty. Carly did a great job checking back with us frequently to see if we needed anything else and keeping our drinks refilled for us. Dining room was clean and tidy and tables were cleared promptly when other guests were finished dining. We did not eat from the salad bar with our meals, but did notice that it seemed to offer a lot of variety and many guests were making trips to the salad bar. We will definitely dine here again and plan to try some of the burgers and other sandwiches next time.

The wait wasn’t long, but when we sat down one of our napkins had a whole in it and they all looked used. We had to ask the waiter at least 3 times for more napkins. The steak was hard to cut and harder to chew, when I got my mashed potatoes the inside was cold, so we told the waiter and she just had me scrap it on a plate so they could just microwave it. Would not recommend.

So first I would like to start. It is absolutely freezing in there. I mean if you go bring a hoodie or jacket to wear because you will get cold. Second while there was one large group there was nobody else in the area and service took forever. We waited for a very long time to get food, our waitress Gracie however was amazing since she was the only waitress actually working. The others working were bussers and a hostess. Third, I ordered Chicken and broccoli pasta without chicken. Broccoli was supposed to be steamed and it was 100% raw. I took a bite and it was like they took broccoli from the salad bar threw it in my food then waited for a couple minutes for it to get a little warm. So that for me threw off the taste. I was a bit disappointed by this but ate around it as I was hungry and didn’t care a whole lot but I really hope this doesn’t happen again that would be upsetting. So I personally would recommend if you get food don’t get the pasta. I will have to say the quickest part of the whole dinner was waiting for the table which took about 5 minutes so that was nice. But besides the waitress and short wait everything else was either moderately bad or just bad for me.
