A Total Turnaround! 10/10 Experience
After a disappointing visit in 2023, my husband and I hadn’t been back—but I’m so glad we gave the new management and staff a chance tonight. Everything was a total 10/10!
We fasted all day to save room, and it was worth every second. We started with the sliders, which tasted like a gourmet version of White Castle (but way better). For the mains, the Kobe beef tips with rice pilaf were an explosion of flavor, and the Bourbon Salmon was cooked to perfection.
We finished the night with the Tres Leches Cheesecake caramel sundae. The service was impeccable by our waiter Justin, the food was “chef’s kiss,” and our date night was pure delight. Ruby Tuesday is officially back on our list!

Went for dinner. Waitress was very friendly and nice, but unfortunately that was the only good thing about the experience.
Food took a long time to come out, even though there was only a handful of other people in the restaurant, and the portion sizes were tiny compared to the prices they were charging. We were told “corporate” reduced the sizes. Not worth the price. Taste was just ok.

I had a really great experience from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the food. Tara, Becca and Jocie were all super sweet and helpful. The food was great! I ordered a burger and a dessert and everything came out timely and was delicious. I will gladly visit again.

They weren’t busy, but it took awhile for the waiter to come to us.
Two rib-eye steaks were ordered, one medium and one rare w/o seasoning; steaks came out and the rare one was medium and the medium was well done.
I had asked for Blue Cheese for my boneless wings didn’t come out till we were finished, however I told the waiter not to worry about.
The waiter was very nice and polite the entire time.

Came to Ruby Tuesday last night to eat and had a wonderful experience. Jocelyn was the manager on and was very attentive to the guests! Our server was Rebeccah and she was super kind. It was our first time there and she helped us navigate the menu and gave great recommendations! Food was also great! We will definitely be back soon!

The service was pretty good mostly im sure because it wasn’t very busy but none the less our server was very pleasant. The food was pretty good….I got the ribs/shrimp and my partner got the American smash burger which he enjoyed. Our free dessert the chocolate cake was tasty….the only thing I did not like was their Arnold Palmer ….

I placed a pickup order and arrived at the time my food was supposed to be ready. When I got there, they told me to wait. After 15 minutes, they informed me that someone else had taken my food because they just put the orders on a table and anyone can take them. I asked what we were going to do about the situation, and the waiter gave me attitude for asking what was going to happen now. With a bad attitude, the waiter told me to talk to the manager, who also gave me a bad attitude, even though it was all their fault. I told them it wasn’t a problem, but if they could give me a beer on the house since I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for my food, they gave me the nastiest, most condescending look a person can give as if my time were worthless

The entrees rice quantity is terrible, don’t count on it, that can’t be right! That’s the lowest quantity I’ve ever seen in any restaurant I’ve been to, the food tastes good, but definitely not filling. Also, you offer curbside pick up, but your staff keeps hanging up the phone when we went there to pick up.
