My son wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday for his birthday dinner. When we walked in we waited there for 10 minutes before a waitress said they are short staffed and would be 10 minute wait. Which turned into 20 minutes. Which still was not bad. We waited at the table for another 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order and we just ordered our food before she walked away. My daughter ordered a steak and the waitress said you only get one side. My husband ordered a steak well done and was offered 2 sides. His steak was done medium. I ordered a steak medium and offered 2 sides also. My steak was rare and cold inside . I sent it back to be cooked longer and 2 minutes later it was brought back out still rare. The waitress offered to take it backed to be cooked for a third time. I told her that was fine, it would be tough and I was not going to eat it. She said it was not her fault and walked away. She didn’t offer me something else in replace of my meal. She didn’t offer a discount or for it to be taken off my bill since I didn’t eat any of it. I work in food service. The first thing she should have said when placing the steaks in front of everyone, please cut into your steaks to make sure they were cooked ok. Which she didn’t. She was not apologetic at all. just kept saying it was not her fault. I tried to call to speak to the manager and nobody would answer. This is not the first time steaks were not done correctly and service was awful. Needless to say we will not be back.

Laina was my server. She was great. Slow Monday night, not many people in the restaurant. Salad bar was great. Steak was a little fatty, but it obviously wasn’t their fault! Overall good dinner.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the Beef in the deconstructed kabob…very chewy…not tender…I am so glad I didn’t opt for the steak…the chicken deconstructed kabob was tender & nicely seasoned…the mgr. although terse in her demeanor did reduce the bill by 25%…the salad bar had fresh selections, but did not have the basic oil & vinegar dressing…our server was nice although appeared to be new at being a server…I would not recommend this restaurant for meat selections…please give a or ❤️ if the review is helpful to you – thank you.

It was a quiet sunday evening. The person who sat us was great, he was so friendly and took the time to chat and joke with us. Jennifer was our server and she was the best. She gave me the suggestion for the chicken parm, and i took it and it was the best thing ive ever had here. She was very chatty and also took the time to conversate with us and make sure we had all we need and was very quick with service. Will be coming back and recommend ☺️

Never had a bad experience! Steph was amazing! Food was hot and delicious. I had the deconstructed kabobs with shrimp. They were amazing!

We had the best server I’ve had in a long time. Jennifer was GREAT with going above and beyond for us out of town people just passing through in a snow storm. The food was cooked to perfection and the salad bar was very clean. And never had a dirty dish on the table. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND.

It’s been years since the last time I visited Ruby Tuesday, this was the closest option in walking distance from where I was staying. I want to highlight the food as the best of my visit, my sirloin steak was perfectly cooked as I requested but things got disappointing as the service goes, I never felt comfortable with the service and I rather don’t give names but neither the afternoon or evening bartender made me feel comfortable, seems like their not used to customers who just want to hang out for extended period of time.

Food wasn’t horrible. Just wasn’t easy to enjoy it when I waited TWO hours for it. Came in with my group and watched three tables come in, sit, and get served food before we got ours. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks and then our soups didn’t come out until we got our meals and they were cold. Totally understanding of being short staffed but received no apologies or understanding from waitstaff. All rolled rues at us and we heard the staff talking about how annoying we were. All we did was ask for all of our people to get food… One meal was not provided for another thirty minutes from the rest of the table and was wrong. Also had many problems with our checks being wrong. It was quite upsetting to have this be a celebration dinner and have it ruined by poor service and bad attitudes from staff. Wont be returning.
