We have been to other RT locations and always had a great experience. This location—not so much! It was my birthday, so my husband asked where I wanted to go, and based on other meals in the chain, I chose RT. We were greeted and seated promptly and the server took our order quickly. It was downhill from there. The salad bar items appeared to have been prepared by someone less than interested in keeping their job. The iceberg lettuce was shredded and other items on the salad bar did not make us want to select them. Our entrees arrived at our table quickly, but the presentation was less than appealing. The steak was plopped on the plate and the no butter was provided with the baked potato. There were no garnishes at all. Quite frankly, the potato was dried out and the steak was as tasty as a piece of cardboard would have been. The bill was dropped off at our table with no comment. We were not even asked if we wanted any dessert. So much for my traditional birthday cheesecake. Will we ever return to this location? Not likely!

Went there for our son-in-laws birthday tonight and waited for nearly a half hour to be seated after we had made a reservation. There was no silverware or napkins on the table and we had to ask two different servers for the silverware. When they finally brought us some 15 minutes later the silverware was dirty and was wrapped in a paper towel that appeared to have come out of the rest room instead of an actual napkin. Had to ask our server for the cheese biscuits that are usually brought first to the table.
We then waited nearly 40 minutes for our dinners to come and my son in-law had to wait even longer for the fries that came with his dinner which they finally brought out 10 minutes later.My dinner was inedible due to the fact that the chef decided to coat the bottom of my hickory bourbon chicken with a layer of black pepper. I would have sent it back but didn’t want to wait any longer to eat. My husband ended up trading meals with me.
Very disappointing in both food and service and we usually visit your restaurant at least once a month and have never had this kind of negative experience. Won’t be coming back anytime soon and will tell our friends to stay away.

After we were seated, however, we were completely ignored for nearly 30 minutes. Three other tables were seated and their orders taken, and not a single server so much as glanced in our direction, much less get us water or take our order. And it’s not like we were in the back corner away from everyone else: there were two other full tables right next to us. We ended up getting up and leaving.
I have never been so thoroughly ignored by a restaurant. I will not be going back to this location.

We used to like the restaurant but the last time we went there. Chips were fried in a nasty old oil same with their fries. Lobster was so dry! The manager ended up not charging us for the chips bec he knew that it is really bad! And he offered us for another plate of chips but why will i asked for another plate of nasty food?

Honestly it’s amazeballs. I absolutely love Ruby Tuesdays!!! David is an amazing waiter. Super charasmatic, super nice and really good at doing his job and making you feel welcome. I highly recommend coming here with friends, family, or coworkers! Then food is twice as good as the service I mean how it’s presented, tastes and comes out fresh is just beautiful. You go Ruby Tuesdays!!!

Awful food awful service. They should look at the quality of their food and preparation. Staff should not be socializing they should be taking care of customers. My whole family loves ruby Tuesday and this was the worst experience ever. If there was a zero star that’s what it’d be rated as.
