We went there on a Sunday and now we want to make it our weekly favorite place! The food was great, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasing and there are so many other dishes we would like to try.

We arrived at the restaurant on a Wednesday evening November 19th, it seemed somewhat busy on arrival. There was no host about 10 people standing at the door including me and my party, the bus boy decided to take it upon himself to seat us all about 10 mins later after all employees saw us standing at the door. There are exactly 3 servers on the floor and they are running around the whole restaurant, their sections are unorganized. Unfortunately do to the no staff we had to wait very long for our drinks and food. We asked our server where the manager was at 6:00pm dinner rush, his response was “the manager left to see another employee in a play”. You are insane to have a manager who leaves the establishment in a dinner rush while being short staffed. This restaurant needs help bad!!! I am very disgusted in the management for deserting the servers for some play, while the restaurant is nearly full!! Only 2 out of the 3 servers on the floor were taking their job seriously. I feel absolutely horrible for this company and their workers. The bus boy walking around absolutely miserable and I dont blame him at all. Jonathan is legit a great server with poor management and it is not right nor fair to him at all! It took an hour to get our food, it was also sitting under the heating lamp because the plate was extremely hot and food was very dry (picture included). Im in desperate need of a job but only can work monday to friday, you guys need the help ill help out!! If I could give a 0 rating I would, but your server needs 5 stars to be dealing with this.

We hadn’t been to Ruby Tuesdays in a while and were pleasantly surprised by some of the new menu items, as well as the classic salad bar. The food was very very good and our server, Jonathan, was very nice, quick, and attentive. Definitely will be coming back again!

We actually had a great time at Ruby Tuesday’s tonight. The food was decent, the salad bar was delightful, but the service was Top Tier. Chris Roman, our sever, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. He was polite, proactive, punctual, and patient with our party of four tonight. He allowed us to have our girls night reunion, be chaotic, unorganized, and silly while we ordered and he did it all with a smile.
He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied and he offered delicious suggestions for food choices and pairings. He even offered to assist us entirely with our bill split on the self checkout device because we were having technical challenges. We were legit impressed with the charming and courteous service here.
Update (after leaving 2hrs ago): We realized we didn’t have a wine opener once we settled into the hotel connected next door, Marriott Somerset. When we ordered desert, which was delivered to our door by a restaurant employee, Monica Doster, she offered to go back and get one for us to borrow from Ruby’s bar. We were so excited! They are the bomb over here!! They deserve to be celebrated accordingly Ruby Tuesdays…

If you go to Ruby Tuesday, ask for Jose — hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. He’s quick, attentive, and always gets the drinks right. Super friendly vibe, remembers what you like, and keeps the energy chill but welcoming. You can tell he actually cares about making sure you’re taken care of.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or hanging out for a bit, Jose makes the whole experience better. Definitely the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Jose is such a good bartender. His service, and his energy are on a different level. He’s genuinely friendly puts real effort into every drink he makes. You can see he loves what he does.. he makes everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. If you want amazing drinks with amazing service, Jose is the one to go to hands down! Highly recommend!

Salad Bar was great. Smash Burger special on Thursdays $8.99 was ok. Not a fan of the spices. $3.50 for a Coke Zero though. Over all good value for lunch. Will go back, but not the Smash Burger. Service was excellent.

Chris has exhibited great leadership, by taking the initiative to walk us through the menus. He made sure we were all satisfied with our meals.
He even split our bills for us on the handheld device.

This location keeps getting better and better! Chris Roman was kind enough to get me more croutons and fresh bacon at the salad bar. He’s always smiling, looks he enjoys being there, and you never feel like it’s a burden when asking for something. I also understand this location is soon switching to the new version of the garden bar. I can’t wait!
