The atmosphere and food at this Ruby Tuesday location were ok. We visited during lunch time and ordered the cheeseburger and chicken ceasar salad with garden vegetable soup. The burger, salad and soup were average in flavor. The lunch price was good for the overall amount of food.

I got the crispy chicken mac and cheese and added on the endless salad bar. The salad bar was really great, fresh ingredients and lots of variety. The crispy chicken tenders on the mac and cheese were nicely seasoned and had great flavor. The breading was crisp and light. Not too greasy. The mac and cheese was okay. I liked the big noodles but it could’ve had a bit more flavor. The cheeses used were mild and not I couldn’t really taste the cheese. I did end up salting it, which I never do, because while creamy, it was just not that flavorful. The service was very good.

Nice quiet atmosphere. The hostess and the waitress were. Excellent. There was 2 problems with the food. The salmon which my wife always gets was much spicier than all previous times. The blackened talapia the chef must have used ground red pepper.

Our waitress provided excellent service. Fair variety of menu choices. Salad bar was superb; it is the reason my husband and I choose to dine at Ruby Tuesday. The problem with this visit is that I ordered a steak cooked medium rare and was served a steak that was medium well. I sent the steak back & had to wait another 15 minutes for the second steak.

I ordered take out. The young lady.that handled my order was very nice. During this time, it’s especially important to show people how much you appreciate what they do for you. Food was excellent!!! I will be ordering from here in the future. I wish all of the Phillipsburg Ruby Tuesday’s employees well, be safe!!

I love the updated garden bar, but the service here has been poor the last few months. We typically go Sundays after worship and have large groups of 8 to 12 people. We are routinely ignored, and that is with a near empty restaurant. Four times in a row our service was poor, two of the times were the same waitress. My recommendation is just get the garden bar so you can start right away and not wait for food.

Went there while on vacation and the food was delicious! Cute little family friendly restaurant. The service was prompt and staff was super friendly… it made our entire meal enjoyable to be waited on properly the entire time. Went out of my way to compliment the wait staff and speak to the courteous management team. Great experience while on our vacation!

This establishment had relatively quick service and the good was well prepared. We did not order from the salad bar, but our burgers were cooked properly to order and they offer numerous drink specials all day. Also be sure to look for coupons as they are surely out there and they accept them here!

Service was slow. Wasn’t busy at all, should’ve been the first key to go somewhere else. Food wasn’t cooked well done like asked. Then bringing out new food took longer then when we ordered the first time. Won’t be going back. They closed anorher location near us, I wouldn’t be surprised if this one is next.
