I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Ruby Tuesday. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and what I received was completely undercooked the inside was pink, rubbery, and clearly unsafe to eat. This is not a small mistake, serving raw chicken is a serious food safety hazard.

This was my first time visiting this location. I had the fish and chips entree with the salad add on. The fish and chips were great and of definitely order it again when I go back and the ad on salad was a great value and so many options to choose from. Other than the food being good if like to give recognition to my server Kyle. He was the best. Very attentive and polite. Attentiveness is definitely a characteristic that I look for in a server. Unlike a lot of servers that I’ve had before Kyle I didn’t have to ask for a thing because he was on top of it from sofa refills to more napkins and webber else. If you happen to visit the Rubby Tuesday in Mt Laurel it would be in your best interest to request him and I guarantee you will be satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work and thank you Kyle

Wow has Ruby Tuesday changed since the last time I was there. The prices are high and the servings size is small. Our drinks were terrible. I ordered a vodka drink that the bartender made with tequila instead. My sister ordered a whiskey sour that was absolutely horrible but she doctored somehow and ended up drinking it. I told her to send it back but she doesn’t like to make a fuss. Fortunately, my waiter remade my drink and I did enjoy it and it was on special.
The food also was disappointing. I had the soup and salad bar. The broccoli cheese soup was excellent. Best thing we had.
The salad bar was not great. All the mixed salads were dry, barely any dressing at all. Even the pasta salad was almost just undressed, cooked pasta. The only exception was the corn salad which was pretty good.
My sister had the catfish. There were four little and thin catfish fingers. They barely made two thin pieces of fish. For the prices they charged, that really a shame. She added zucchini as a side and you can see what $4.00 gets you in zucchini. Crazy.
Our two dinners came to $61.00 and, remember, I had salad, soup and a discount drink!
I used to really enjoy Ruby Tuesday before the pandemic. This was my first time back since 2019. I doubt I’ll be going back again now.

Very sloooowwww service with not a lot of people there. Out of baked potatoes, 12 oz ribeye was “completed frozen”, and our waitress was no where to be seen unless she was taking our order, asking us about changes, or delivering food. We asked for refills of our drinks 3 times before they were delivered halfway through us actually (finally) getting to eat our meals. Sweet girl, but that whole store needs more staff, more training, and more incentives to actually have us want to come back.

Took my wife an hour away since our local branch closed down a few years ago. Kyle was an amazing waiter! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His positive attitude and great service really made our experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be asking for him again!

I have to say, was not expecting how much I was going to like everything. From the appetizer to deserts. Shrimp n catfish was awesome. Sliders and wings, great. Steak was great. No one had any complaints at all. Was kinda refreshing. And our waitress was on point and polite as well.

My wife and I ordered a full rack of dry rub ribs and a half a rack respectively on uber eats. What we received utterly inedible and foul. It literally took strength, actual flexing of muscles, to break the ribs apart. removing even the smallest piece of meat was even more difficult. I tried for the sake of this review but there was no way I would even consider putting that grossness in my mouth.

The food was very average. The kids meal was nothing, there were 4 pieces of fries – kind of a joke. The other dishes were average. We were very hungry from driving all day, so we ate it I wouldn’t go there for lunch or dinner, even casual style.
Service – it was very strange, everyone but one guy couldn’t care less that there were people waiting – took a while to get acknowledged. And then took a while for another person who came after me to be acknowledged, even though service staff walked around. No one cared that tongs from a salad bar fell on the floor, the staff would just walk by. Very strange service – no attention to anything.
Atmosphere – can’t judge much, b/c I just waited for take-out, so giving it a 4-star.
