I come w my family almost every month, we get the same thing every time. The mashed potatoes are always questionable but everything else is good, idk why my brother always gets the mashed potatoes and always gets disappointed lol. Always coming back 🙂

Went to Ruby Tuesdays 11/9/25 in Waterville Maine. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Now as someone who’s lived down south and has had homemade chicken and waffles, and chicken and waffles from Waffle House I was expecting the real thing. And to be completely honest I was absolutely disgusted with what was presented to me. Microwaved chicken tenders that was over cooked. And Pre packaged store bought Belgian sugar waffles that was rock hard and cold. The waffles was inedible the chicken tenders over cooked and the cider sauce on the side almost made me puke it was so bad! As someone who’s worked for mutable 4.8/5 star restaurants this is absolutely disgusting and why I don’t eat at chain restaurants. Food’s disgusting, environment was was quite but the booths and decor are outdated, staff are “barley friendly” can tell they just want to go home and not deal with being there.
My roommate ordered the fried cat fish. It wasn’t properly cooked had zero taste.
And finally we both ordered drinks I got a top shelf margarita and they got a ruby refresher
My margarita mango. There was absolutely zero alcohol in the first drink I was served and when I asked/told the waitress that you couldn’t taste any alcohol she asked kinda rudely if I wanted a second tequila shot. I said yes. Upon getting my second margarita you could taste the alcohol and it was actually good. Over all disappointed at my experience. Any self respecting “chef” or “Buisness owner”should take pride in the food they are serving and not serve garbage

This place seems stuck in the past with beat up booths and terrible decor. I feel that once we walked into the building we knew that the meal wasn’t any good. From the service we had to ask for straws we never got plates for our appetizer to share and once our meal came and I took one bite of my extremely hot deconstructed kebab there was a problem. I literally couldn’t bite my beef that I had it was so old. I mean I could eat any food to a certain degree but this literally took the cake as the wosrt meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant bar none.
The manager assured me after we complained to the waitress that couldn’t seem to really bother with us that the meal wasn’t microwaved except the rice but both the rice and vegetables were at the same scorching hot temperature
But oddly enough in the menu it’s a “Ruby Favorite ” Joke.
I have nothing else to say for this trash of a restaurant .

Food was great and very tasty.
Had some reservations as the Ruby Tuesdays in Brewer,me closed after having bad service and serving undercooked food.

The parking lot was busy when I first pulled up and we still got sat right away. Service was quick and great. Came for the salad bar and was not disappointed. Everything was full, I got everything I wanted! My server Sandy was great. She was right on top of drinks and anything else I needed.

Our experience here was amazing! Even better was our server Savannah! She served us with a smile and great positive attitude, she was checking in often while doing the same with all her tables!! We really enjoyed her as a server and her make up was holiday themed! Amazing waitress. Great food. The entree was served hot with t great presentation, the salad bar was very clean the dessert was served cutely and Very delicious! Awesome place to go. Highly recommend.
