I have eaten at Ruby Thai many, many times and I love it! The Singapore noodles, bang bang chicken, and green beans are my go-to choices, but everything I have tried is delicious. The service is always top notch and efficient. 10000/10 recommend!

Bourbon chicken was very tender and tasty. Generous portion of both meats. The mango chicken doesn’t taste like mango, but then again you’re at a mall food court.

You guys need to do better! Stop serving old food! I came in got my food and when I sat down to eat it some parts of the rice is very hard which means it’s old rice and some pieces of the chicken are to chewy and have fat on them!

They need more staff, we called and nobody answered, staff is nice, we are spicy and non spicy beef noodle soup. Delicious, but it’s better if we can order ahead.

The food was hot and delicious. I had the steamed veggies and the blacken chicken. The food price was reasonable (7.75). Drinks are a bit pricy but its located in a food court so you can find a beverage at close location for $1. And the only (oh really) factor was when I got my receipt they had charged (without notice) .05 for the bag the put the food in as take out “at a carry out restaurant”. I was in the area for 4 hours my next meal did not charge me for the receptacles the supplied me with.

I use to eat here, when going to the mall. Husband and I use to order their mango chicken. A year or so we noticed the mango chicken was chewy to the taste.
It tasted very different than before I cut the chicken open. To our surprise it’s not chicken at all, it looks like tofu! Never again have we ate there.
The food court at this mall sucks. Rather eat at Ledos and then do my shopping.
