I used to really enjoy Ruby Thai Kitchen at Cherry Valley Mall.The food was good and the staff was friendly,especially Jenny. She was such a sweet person and a big part of why I loved eating there.She always asked about my family,my mom and my sisters,made customers feel welcomed and remembered.
But over time,I stopped seeing her,and it seemed like she didn’t work there anymore.After that, everything just went downhill.I gave it a couple more chances,including today,but the food is dry, not fresh,and the staff isn’t friendly.Today was my last visit,i miss the old Ruby Thai.

Delicious and reasonably priced food with a super nice staff. I usually get the bourbon chicken but the mango chicken and Bangkok chicken are also very good!

Absolutely amazing Thai food. It’s not the most expensive or classy by any means considering it’s in the mall and it shows based on their limited menu options, but each meal is bursting with flavor. If you like spicy you will love their menu. I’ve never gotten sick from here like the other reviewers said on here. I think they just don’t know what Thai food and they assume it’s like Chinese so they get mad when it’s not. Also everytkm I’m in there, the lines are packed in the Thai Kitchen while all the other restaurants are empty. This just goes to show how popular the Thai Kitchen truly is.

We went to the food court about 15 minutes before they closed, every other location was either closing up or closed. Not these guys. They were all smiling and friendly— saying hello and ready to take an order. We ordered a little bit of everything and it was all soooooo good. Definitely enjoyed ourselves. Great service and great food.

Update! 6-22-22
This place is not the same & they’ve changed the bourbon chicken recipe, not only does it taste horrible it looks totally different visually. It’s a Redish looking color now from the original juicy glazed brown color. Very disappointed! They’re definitely going to lose a lot of business for that compete change.

Great food, always great portion sizes and pretty cheap for the amount you are getting. Not made to order, but always good and received quickly
