Got combo 2 and wonton noodles. Customer service is good, the clerk recommended the Singaporean noodles which turned out pretty good. I also got grilled chicken along with Thai chili chicken and they are flavorful. I chose spicy for wonton noodles and it does not disappoint. Good portion for the price!

First time at Westfield Oakridge Mall and decided to grab dinner here during my visit. The food is fresh, tasty and affordable. Those are rare qualities to be found in Mall food courts. The mango chicken, coconut shrimp, lemongrass shrimp and Singapore noodles were very good. Also, the Thai tea and Mango tea were very good, not too sweet! Very recommend.

Chicken was like rubber in the chicken noodle soup, almost like it wasn’t cooked properly. It was the nastiest chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had and when I went to owner/manager to complain and explain the checken was nasty, he told me that’s the way it is and told me if I wanted something else I could buy it but no exchanges. I swear, with that customer service, no wonder everyone is giving bad reviews. Horrible!!!

Got my one year old daughter and I a
Ruby Thai Kitchen tonight. I ordered my daughter mango chicken and rice and myself mango kitchen and noodles. I began to cut up my daughters chicken and it was raw! I called the restaurant who asked me to send her photos. I sent her photos and she called stating that the chicken comes from a factory and they just cook it. That it’s normal for it to be pink on the inside. This is chicken and should not be red or pink and noticeably raw! My daughter and I did eat a piece prior to noticing it is raw. I will be contacting the Santa Clara County Health Department due to this! Thankfully my daughter is young where I have to cut up her food otherwise who knows how much she would have eaten and I have not known. Please be aware and check the chicken as obviously they do not. This can kill someone! Especially a child! And she said this is NORMAL!!!
