I ordered food expecting it to be fresh and safe to eat. Unfortunately, the shrimp egg roll was clearly old—the texture was hard and the shrimp was dark in color, so I immediately threw it away. I then ate a small portion of the lo mein and bourbon chicken, which did not initially taste spoiled. A few hours later, I became extremely uncomfortable and later experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and profuse sweating. This was a very unpleasant experience and not what I expect when ordering food.

How unfortunate the quality at pg county mall is, it’s terrible! A far cry from the one in Wheaton mall. Safe to say when I want ruby tai I’ll be going to the Wheaton mall. The owner needs to do something about the quality of food being served at the pg county mall because it’s unacceptable!! Do better! Or shut it down!

I went yesterday to this place and got the orange chicken and it taste bad chicken too saggy and very acidic, the one at the Wheaton mall doesn’t taste like that it way better, they charge me 22 dls for the plate with small portion and not fresh at all , this pace should be shutting down if someone could tell where to place a complaint to the city I would appreciate it and avoid more people to get poisoned

Externally rude workers. They’re very not kind at all. This is the worst ruby Thai location in the dmv. Leslie the women worker(if that’s even her real name) is the worst of them all. Would never recommend.

The food and service is terrible at this location me and my family have been eating at the Westfeild Wheaton Ruby Thai Kitchen for 10 years now and we have never had one bad experience. Today me and my family came to PG Mall and spotted a Thai kitchen restaurant and were erratic to eat there. Unfortunately the cashier and the manager were very rude and disrespectful not specifying why we had to pay $26.17 for soggy chicken with no flavor when we asked for compensation she claimed that we had already eaten the food even thought the box remained untouched and told us to call the police for no reason when we just wanted a refund. The lady didn’t even offer us another food item or a new food box just straight up ignored us. We had to call the general assistant security director of the mall and he was helpful in the matter telling the owner to give us compensation but she refused and we now have to take this matter to a local small court. Worst experience I’ve ever had would not recommend to anyone. I want a concrete answer from the company because this is unacceptable.
