Found myself starving at the Quaker Bridge Mall and wandered into the food court looking for something quick but flavorful. The aesthetic of Ruby Thai Kitchen caught my eye—and I had a craving for something on the lighter side, maybe some Thai flavors.
I ended up ordering the two chicken combo with mango chicken and coconut chicken, and wow—this meal did not disappoint. The mango chicken was sweet and tangy, while the coconut chicken was creamy and rich without being heavy. For around $13, the portion was huge. I seriously had trouble finishing it all—I was beyond full, borderline beached whale territory by the end.
What made it even better was the staff. They were genuinely courteous and offered samples on a stick before I ordered, which helped me confidently choose what I wanted.
I came in looking for something light, but I left fully satisfied—and then some. Wouldn’t mind going back again at all to eat some light dish that’s not too heavy on the waistline. Nonetheless solid choice if you’re ever hungry at the mall.

Worst customer service. Extremely rude behavior.
They try to lure customers by offering tiny tasting samples with a big smile, but once you purchase and reach the billing counter, their real attitude comes out.
For example, when I asked for napkins, the staff member handed me just 2/3. I have two kids, so I politely asked for more. She rolled her eyes and handed them over reluctantly, with clear annoyance.
One particular lady was especially rude and dismissive. Her tone, facial expressions, and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. It felt like this behavior was directed only toward customers of certain ethnicities, which is deeply concerning.
Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone. This experience was disappointing and unpleasant and very unnecessary
Their dumplings and drinks are horrible

My experience at Ruby Thai has been nothing short of exceptional, and after my second visit, I’m convinced this place is a hidden gem. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, encouraging you to sample a variety of dishes, even if you’re not sure you’re hungry. With each bite, your taste buds will be more than ready to indulge. The service is warm, the smiles are genuine, and in a place like Jersey, it’s rare to find someone so genuinely happy to feed you, whether you make a purchase or not. If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck, especially when you’re hungry, Ruby Thai’s generous portions are perfect for seconds or sharing with a friend. Trust me, you’ll leave satisfied and smiling after a meal here at Ruby Thai Kitchen.

I love the food here and the servers are so nice and polite. I especially love their mango chicken and BBQ chicken. Though do expect very long lines. That’s how good they are.

Ruby Thai is a walk up counter in the mall, but don’t let that stop you. My combo was delicious!
For 15.00 the 3 combo fed two of us and we couldn’t finish everything. The Thai Ice Tea was delicious too! Friendly staff and generous portions in a very clean environment.
