Service: the gentleman is very friendly and always smiling. The lady that was serving us… not so. We got braised beef noodle soup. I’m not an expert in Thai food, but I’d say it was ok, not great. Beef had quite bit of cartilage. For the price paid ($37.87 for two plus 1 bottle of ginger ale) , unfortunately I can’t say it’s really worth it.

Let me say the customer service here is great. The guy always hands out samples when you walk buy which is what actually made me a customer. The chicken is sweet and crunchy (some might say too sweet) The noodles surprisingly had a bite to them and were not soggy. To me this is like american-chinese food, although i have not tried the thai items on the menu like pad thai. The price is high ($12-13 for pic shown) but the portions are huge. Tried their mando chicken. The chicken was ok. The rice was flavorless, the broccoli was so plain. It does not taste like Thai food at all. Pricey for what you get. Would not come back or recommend. Customer service was very poor , the lady was rushing me had a terrible attitude, there was no one else in line and it is only 2pm

Food quality has definitely gone down hill. I ordered mango chicken to-go. What I got was fried dough dipped in mango sauce.

Tried this place for the first time as they gave out a sample to try and it was tasted real nice. So I came back for dinner and I was very happy with the food I had ordered. The staff were also nice.

If only i could give zero star… The lady at the counter was rude af.. my mom specifically said less sweet in the thai teas, she made them extremely sweet. She did not even say it’s been pre-made, which makes me mad. What got me even angrier is the fact that she’s being rude after my mom asked her to mix some more water to reduce the sweetness. She didn’t even apologize for it.. The restaurant should hire more of these employees, so the business will thrive…

I only ordered a small container of steamed vegetables no drink, nothing extra. I was supposed to get charged $3.99 + tax but instead the greedy cashier charged me $7.45 which is full price for a whole meal not for a side order.

We were just looking for something quick to eat while shopping at Willowbrook Mall and decided to try Ruby’s Thai Kitchen. I have to say… The mango chicken combo is off the hook. I got the mango chicken ,pork fried rice, sweet plantains and a spring roll. It was fresh, delicious and so tasty. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Ruby Thai Kitchen for a great meal and awesome customer service.

They will charge you for one more entree than you get. It says “pick two” for a certain price, but they automatically will give you a single spring roll and count that as an entree, so you will pay for three.
