Stay away from this place.
I ordered a couple of pizzas and when the were delivered the driver put them on top of a snow bank.
As it turned out the box was full of water and everything was ice cold….lol…
When I call the store and told them what happened she said sorry and hung up.
So having paid almost $120. For pizzas we could eat I went back to the store to have some new ones made or get my check back.
Well she said we are closeing I told her I want my check back she told me you’ll have to come back tomorrow.
So I returned the following day and the store was closed. LoL you just can’t trust these family owned business.

This is by far the best pizza in elko county! Everything is always fresh, cooked perfectly and the staff is always friendly and inviting!! If you haven’t tried their cheesy sticks I highly recommend! Especially dipping them in the nacho cheese sauce!

The pizza was very tasty. They have a lot of different types. The service was exceptional. The kids working there were very friendly and attentive to orders coming in and being prepared. The owner, or at least who I think was the owner, was answering the phone while I was waiting for my food and she was great to the people on the other end. The staff was also very attentive to the people eating in. Great little place

The cauliflower crust is bomb! We love the salad bar and are so happy soups are back for fall! We are big fans of the wings and calzones and our grandson LOVES the meatballs! The workers are always friendly and attentive. We love Ruby Mtn Pizza!

The pizza was good. However, 2 pizzas for $50+ – there is really no competition for them, I believe that is the reason for pricing. It was late, it was convenient and that was our first visit. Won’t be at the top of our list. The staff were very nice young men and provided good service.

Not only was the quality of their pizza delicious, but their service went above and beyond. Our first pizzas were tried on Valentine’s day last week. They didn’t even blink when I put in a special request for the pizzas to be made heart shaped. The pizzas turned out great. The pizzas were ready at the time I requested them for carry out. Our little family will be eating their pizza again tonight!

We ordered pizza from Ruby Mountain pizza tonight after a long day and they were great on the phone and said that they would get the pizza to us as soon as possible. The delivery driver, Antonio, delivered in good time and he was very polite and provided excellent customer service. He engaged in conversation and made the experience a great one!
