We found this little Gem ✨️ while driving through Oliver Springs, TN. If you like little country town home cooking and you want a quick meal. This is the place to visit while riding your 4-Wheeler at WindRock. This is a humble country dinner, but the food is delicious , the staff is friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

I went in expecting soup beans, greens and cornbread. Turns out they only do breakfast now. I can’t be mad about it either. I had a omelet, hash browns and grits. It was delicious and reasonably priced. I left full and satisfied and will definitely return again.

this place was AMAZING! The food taste SO good and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy, for two people only working here, they’re fast with the food and the customer service is great. Clyde and JoAnn are such sweet people and I one hindered percent recommend! (P.s. the BLT is to die for!)

Like the one star rating below…. I had a big table in front of me. She did tell me it would be a wait… AND… People spend more time at a Starbucks drive through to get a coffee than the wait there to get one of the best breakfast plates I have ever had and all the fresh coffee you can drink…

First time trying to try this place out! Got there and loved the smell and look of the place and immediately got super hungry. Set down and 20 minutes later and haven’t even been spoken to. No drinks, no conversation, no anything! Worst service I’ve ever experienced and did not expect that. Small place but was definitely not full! Will never attempt again. I’m the type that when I find a new place, that’s good, I will frequent it a lot but I guess not Ruby’s! ‍♂️ Very disappointed!!

Went to Ruby’s this morning had a very nice experience, Staff was friendly, wait time wasn’t a problem, Food tasted Great. I have eaten here several times and at different times of the day, always a pleasant experience and food always come out how and the way I ordered it. Will continue to come back.

Visited this establishment for breakfast and have to say the good is remarkable. There is a wait but when you get your food you can tell it’s prepared with love ❤️
Staff is easy to talk to and very friendly
Atmosphere is like a home away from home
Aroma reminds me of my childhood when my grandma would make biscuits in the kitchen for breakfast.
I WILL BE GOING AGAIN AND AGAIN

This was the second time that I have eaten at Ruby’s. Apparently they have been in this location for 7 years. This morning it was busy and the server was overwhelmed. We waited quite a while to be served and for the food to come out. But it was Saturday and we had nowhere to be. The coffee was cold unfortunately, and the biscuits were pretty dry. The sausage was right from a package. The eggs were perfectly done. I think if I went again I would get the hash browns, they looked pretty good. The price was reasonable. My husband and I were kinda confused by their tagline though..
