Great place. I’ve been here several times, and never leave disappointed. We got there today and quite a few people came in at the same time. There was only 1 young lady working when we 1st got there, but she was a Rockstar. I got one of the massive Mason jar milkshakes and it was phenomenal. We’ll continue to be back.

Staying here in town so we tried out the local ice cream place. The server was super friendly. The ice cream was tasty. Believe they had blue bell and Hersey. The menu had a lot to offer, like sundaes and mason jar shakes. We went with an ordinary scoop. The serving size was good. The service process seemed a little off. There were two people working and they took orders and then people went and waited for someone to bring their order to them in the seating area. I could see if I ordered a milk shake that takes a few minutes. I’ve never waited that long for a scoop of ice cream. Then they were brought to us one at a time. With that said when our scoops got delivered, the server was cheery, happy, and all smiles.

Five over the top stuffed shakes, amazing is the best way to describe them. Drove 30 mins to try this ice cream shop and it was completely worth the drive. Will definitely make that trip again.

This place is very friendly for all ages! It has become our favorite hole-in-the-wall ice cream parlor for our family. The customer service is always very pleasant. The environment is very cozy with a separated seating area. The pricing of everything seemed to be very fair. The Mason Jar milkshakes were so deliciously creamy, and were also visually appealing when they were served. Makes you just wanna dive right in them! So good! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Kaysi, Jeffrey, and Briana were really great and friendly for our visit. We had a group with us and they were patient, helpful, and had great personalities!!!

What a great hole in the wall ice cream spot!, The staff were nice and they had so many flavors including dipndots! Great place to stop on a hot day.

The staff was friendly and the milkshakes were great. Also I really liked they were playing Christian music so you do t have to worry about the trash music it seems everyone is playing now days. I will definitely come back.

Scoops used to be a great place to go, but as of recent, it has been a joke. On one occasion the ice cream we had ordered was made wrong (chunky monkey). The most recent time we went and we were trying to use the rewards points that we got for signing up for the rewards program. The staff who was in there did not know how to do it and said the manager never taught them. Then she got an attitude and said fine I’ll just do this and tried to discount the ice cream, but at that point it is a joke. Might as well just go to Morgan’s icecream. You may pay more but the customer service is better.
