Best Chinese I’ve ever had!!! Don’t know why there are some bad reviews. The food was so fresh. You get 2 appetizers, entree, and dessert for around $12. You need to get the crab ragoons too! Waitress is cleaning tables and serving all by herself. She was super polite and made sure I had everything needed. Food portion size is HUGE. I’m coming back for sure.

Food quality is poor and so are the staff. Second time here today and got harassed by server because I didn’t tip her on my $18 bill. For context, I ordered Szechuan Chicken from lunch menu. I only received 5 pieces of chicken covered in veggies and sauce. I ordered spicy level hot and it was sweet. The rice along with the meal was extremely stale. I let her know that I wanted something else because I did not like my food. She told me no because I ordered that so I told her to just take it back and I won’t eat while my partner finishes her food! I get my bill and it’s $18. She stands over us while we’re paying and obviously I’m not leaving her a tip because she was rude from the moment we walked in as you can tell from other reviews. Well when she seen $0 on tip, she harassed us for 5 minutes asking us why we won’t leave her a tip. She said she takes care of her niece and she needs a tip. She kept asking us to change her tip and she began arguing with us. Well I told her I wasn’t pleased with how she treated us and she said to never come back and to get out. She started yelling at us and saying she will remember our faces and to never come back ever. We spent a total of 35 minutes in here and they were the most uncomfortable minutes of my life. Threatening customers over a tip should not be tolerated. When we got up to leave, she was continuing to yell at us and she was talking about us to her coworkers but we didn’t understand any of it. I don’t recommend this place. Nothing is fresh, they’re reserving food. Not worth the cheap prices and the cheap workers!!!

We usually get carry out from Rubys, but we decided to dine in. Our meals were delicious. I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Chicken Chop Suey. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I also had Won Ton Soup and Egg Rolls. The service was great too.

Ordered takeout, should have checked the order before we left. We ordered orange chicken and lo mein. The orange chicken was right, but instead of lo mein, I received some sort of bean sprout soup. Threw it away and headed somewhere else to get lo mein.

When entering the restaurant, my wife and I were greeted from afar and not told where to sit. Instead the menus were thrown onto a table in which we could only assume was for us since she didn’t say anything to us nor did she gesture to the table. The food was slightly above average. The waitress brought the wrong soup and never replaced it after being asked politely to do so. When paying, my wife and I thought a tip would be easier in cash, despite the mediocre service, since we were carrying some cash. When the waitress cashing us out noticed there was only a total on the receipt and the tip spot left blank, she immediately piped up and said “Oh, no tip? No tip??” Will not be eating here again or recommending this place.

Ordered General Taos from this place twice. First time they gave me almond boneless chicken. They fixed the issue.
This time ordered general taos. Receipt says it. When I get home, open food. Got beef and broccoli. I dont know how you can mess that up..
Probably not gonna order from here anymore in my opinion.

Customer Service is lacking. No one greeted us when we walked in on Friday and we waited for over 45 minutes to be greeted and our orders to be taken. The waiter never came. Even the other customers were asking if we were still waiting and apologized as we walked out the door. Very rude and not customer service friendly. I can’t rate the food because I never was able to place an order.

I have been going to Ruby’s for over 35 years but today was my last. The waitress was very rude and yelled at me from across the room, “Egg roll, yes or no!” When I started to leave she noticed on the bill that I didn’t leave her a tip and she asked, “no tip?” I told her no tip because she was rude and yelled at me. I will not be back.
