My husband and I ordered the Fish & Chips which were advertised recently. We were so pleased with our meal! The coleslaw was one of the best we’ve tasted and the fish and chips were great. The fries were outstanding as was the fish. Definitely made a good choice for lunch, and with the price of only $7.99, this is an outstanding choice.

Wow, don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a chain restaurant let alone a fast food one. This Rubios is clearly run well. The tacos were delicious, the restaurant was clean and sparkling and the front end person Jay was amazing. 5 stars! Way to go.

This Rubios location has given my vegetarian family member a chicken quesadilla three times. These were online orders – we have proof that we order cheese quesadillas every time. I really like Rubios, but since they can’t give us what we order and instead give us something we can’t eat, we’re going to stop giving them our business.

I just completed a questionnaire describing some issues in using the app to place an order. At the end it provided a code to use on the next order to get ‘something’. No explanation of what the something is nor how to use the code provided. This pretty much summarizes my previous comments on how non-intuitive the app really is to new users. This questionnaire will not allow advancement nor a means to accept the requested input – so disappointing! You probable will not even get this input!!!!!
