rubies is a delicious and slightly less expensive alternative for mexican food! we usually come here every so often. the tacos are delicious, as well as the bowls, which i usually get. they have a terrific kids menu, and a wonderful selection of drinks. definitely recommend.

I picked up food from this location for my wife and I in late September. My wife had the Impossible Nachos. In her food was (I believe) a hard piece of melted plastic around an inch long. My wife bit into it and was in pain, but luckily didn’t swallow it. I thought she was full of it and bit it myself (thinking it may have been cheese) and was proved incorrect–it hurt. I left feedback via Rubio’s website and was contacted by Marcos the district GM who simply offered a generic form “I’m sorry have a free meal.” I declined and sent a picture in response asking for more details on what Rubio’s does to ensure food safety and never heard back. So……eat at your own risk and be on the lookout for foreign objects in your meal!
