I love rubios fish tacos! My husband loves their beef tacos! We came on Taco Tuesday so 3 tacos for each no sides is more than enough. They deliver your food on your table. Love their salsa station. Clean & stocked bathroom as well. Plenty of parking inside the plaza. I’ll be coming back on a Tuesday for my yummy fish Tacos! Read all the reviews but for me you can’t go wrong with their fish tacos.

My burrito and my wife’s tacos were the best tasting Rubio’s meal we have had to date. Hats off to the kitchen staff! The restaurant itself and bathroom were surprisingly dirty. Wait staff needs to do a better job of cleaning tables and sweeping floors.

Came in here having an absolutely miserable night and just wanting 6 fish tacos more than anything in the world. Mae was an absolute homie and was so sweet the entire time and made me feel so much better with how kind she was. I don’t know if it’s because we are almost name twins or if she could tell I was feeling terrible. Absolute angel of a human she needs to be promoted immediately. Maybe to ceo even.

Casher was friendly. Salsa bar was nice, place was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Credit for that.
We ordered 4 different things. 1 carne asada burrito and 1 ancho shrimp burrito. Both were basically just all rice and beans, very little shrimp or asada, barely any guacamole, I should have opened up the tortillas and took pictures.
Street tacos and street corn were good, and would eat them again, it had the corn and asada.
But not our burrito. Spent about $50 for just rice, beans and little guacamole. Place wasn’t really that busy. It seems like they forgot to add shrimp and asada to our burritos.

Found the leftover my son didn’t finish the next morning in the car.

Of the 500+ times we’ve eaten at this location and others, our food was the most delicious and well-prepared ever, the store was immaculate and well-stocked, and the staff was super friendly, outgoing, and professional. Great experience. Great job to the entire staff!

I had the lobster burrito and it was fantastic. The price was very reasonable and the it didn’t take long. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Rubio’s!

I visit Rubio’s here and there but I’ve only ever gotten the chicken street tacos.
Came tonight and decided to try the Mexican street corn bowl and it was sooooo good! I got with grilled chicken and added grilled onions. Swapped out the cilantro lime sauce for sour cream and it was delicious! Great portion size and everything is nice and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back to get it again!
My only “complaint” about Rubio’s is they tend to be really slow however the employees are all friendly. If you haven’t tried their bowls yet, definitely do so!
