Food is terrible. The rice was mushy and the shrimp wasn’t firm. The whole burrito was soft and pasty looking. Worse “Mexican” food I’ve tried to eat. Disgusting. Go anywhere but here. $40 for a burrito, 2 shrimp tacos and street corn

The bacon, egg and cheese burrito is SO good! The eggs are so fluffy, bacon is crispy and cheese is melted perfectly! Highly recommended. Plus they have my favorite raspberry iced tea. Very efficient and friendly staff too.

I placed an order for a shrimp burrito to NOT have any bacon on it and there is bacon all throughout the burrito. It is against my religion to have pork which is why I asked for it not to be in the burrito. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager on duty, and no I would not be able to come back in and have my burrito remade. The young man had to be the rudest person I’ve ever spoken too and was far from helpful. I will be calling corporate in the meantime but to everyone thinking of visiting this place, you better off going somewhere else .

A fantastic place to grab something simple. Similar to Baha Fresh in ways and in other ways their own thing. The burritos are typically a good size and full of flavor.
This round I was surprised by a hard piece of plastic (a good enough size to guarentee it would have done a lot of damage if swallowed) with a small piece of plastic wrap stuck to it, mixed in with my burrito. First time I ran into something like this here. I made sure to give that back to them .
Beyond that, a delicious experience as usual.

Tldr: Grown up Bday weekend with a sitter for the night, feeling vegas good, and that Mercado Salad with steak was out right slappin!
Located in Red Rock Casino food court, employees nice and fast, steak tender and flavorful, chips were nice touch, guac spot on, and not all lettuce, good portions of other things to fill u up when ur so hungry!

My Comments
They put a small portion of steak in the burrito. The Mexican male cashier did not greet customers. I had asked about an item and he could not explain it and had asked a manager for assistance. Both the cashier and the manager needs better customer skills and both looked like that do not want to work there.

Rubio’s has fantastic fish tacos, I had the fried ones. Best I’ve ever had anywhere. Currently there is a special price for them on Taco Tues. The sauce bar is especially good with several choices. Atmosphere is step up from the average fast food place.

Given the fact that I’ve tried this place several times in the last 8 years (seems like a once/year visit), I figured I would add an actual review instead of just rating it. Needless to say, the rating has remained the same – average…nothing spectacular; nothing awful. One thing I have noticed is that the portion size seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Now, I’m not one of those guys that people kick out of the buffets for lingering around and eating restaurants dry, but I do like a good bang for the buck to where I’m not still hungry afterwards. Every time I visit Rubio’s, I have to order double meat in order to be somewhat satisfied. I understand the cost to portion ratio; however, I feel this is just ridiculous, considering this is a fast food/fast casual restaurant. Aside from portion size, this place does offer some delicious/healthier options. I may still visit this place once in a while, but definitely not my primary, go-to establishment. For you light-to-normal eaters, I do recommend trying this place. For all you heavier eaters, consider somewhere else or be prepared to spend ~$25-$30 just for yourself.
