I’m a big fan of Fish n Chips but since inflation has gotten out of control over the past few years I refuse to pay the outrageous buffet prices or the $21.00 Fish n Chips at the Station Casino’s Oyster Bars and other restaurants that have saturated the Las Vegas Restaurant market. So when an outstanding offer Like Rubio’s Coastal Grill comes along and offers a $7.99 Fish n Chips deal you know I’m on it! And they do not disappoint. The (2) battered fish filets are fresh and succulent. (Order a 3rd filet for $2.00 – but I didn’t need to). Their $7.99 special filled me up). Fresh lemon slices and vinegar available. The seasoned Fries are tender, crispy, delicious & generous. 4 oz. red cabbage cole slaw could do with a little sweetness (there is none) and the tartar sauce is too salty to this otherwise perfect meal. I recommend this deal to everyone looking for value and quality in a casual yet stylish setting. 4+ Stars.

Decent fish tacos, especially considering the size of the fish itself. Very good shrimp taco as well. The langostino lobster tacos were delicious, lots of meat. The chicken tortilla soup is just okay, not spicy. Soda machine indoors. Salsa bar inside. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Bottle Cokes and sodas also available.

Placed mobile order for pick-up. Food and service was great. What was not so great was the lack of salsa at the slasa bar. Most options were empty. We ordered regular iced tea which also gone except for mango flavored, and we barely got a whole pour of that.

I love Rubios and I’m not going to give less than 5 stars because this is just a one-off experience and I plan to give another chance in a month. I ordered the classic shrimp burrito and 1/4 of the rice was very hard and i had to take some out. It’s normally 10/10 but today it just didn’t hit the right way. – Please make sure you don’t give customer old rice… thanks. Otherwise, great food. 🙂

Got the trio plate 2 fish 1 shrimp taco and a coke in glass. Shrimp was flavorless and little overcooked 5.1/10 Fish taco was 6.8/10 but pretty good.
Ran out of my coke while eating so I asked for water cup and the cashier cuts off the ice and drinks on me thinking I was trying to get free soda or something. So had to go back to the register to ask for ice and he turned it back on just long enough for me to get half cup of ice then cut it off on me.(NOT THE HOSPITALITY YOUR LOOKING FOR WHEN GOING OUT TO EAT AT A BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT AND BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER)
Got the water but didn’t drink because the water had some contaminates floating in it that i could see. I was pretty much done eating so I just trashed everything and left. Also very rare for me to do a review like this. Your better off going too del taco for fish and shrimp tacos.

Food was good, ordered the online deal 2 tacos and a drink for $7.00 not available in the restaurant, but ended up eating there. Got the sweet potato tacos and I must say it had plenty of flavor, I would order again.

The service was ok, but once I asked about a special, it sort of fizzled. It was an online order special and I followed the links to use that special. The online ordering was straight forward and easy. The food was fantastic but it was like the service counter was not interested any more once I decided to order online.

Had Rubios for dinner last night. Tried the new fish and chips plate. It was good! May need to add an option for an extra piece of fish though! Service was okay, not real friendly and a little bit slow receiving our food. Overall okay.

I haven’t had Rubio’s since I moved to Vegas right before the shutdown. The fish tacos were just like I remembered. Deliciousness!! They had a good variety of salsa to accommodate all levels of heat tolerance. Go on Taco Tuesday and get their original fish tacos or classic chicken tacos for just $2.25 each. (Classic steak tacos are just $2.50).
