Great food and friendly staff. Will always be appreciative of Rubio’s: last year my wife broke her leg and couldn’t walk for 6 months. I started bringing fish tacos to her once a week as a morale builder – turns out that in the worst of her time with pain, she always couldn’t wait for me to bring her tacos. I still believe that your tacos were better than any medicine she was using. We still go back every week; the food is great and your staff always recognizes me when I come in.

It’s Impossible! The impossible burrito, bowl, and salad are here! I can’t eat Beyond, (it doesn’t agree with me) so I was very excited to hear the Impossible was making a showing at Rubios. The presentation is spot on, and the flavor is amazing! They seasoned it perfectly! It doesn’t taste fake or tacked on like Del Tacos beyond ground. I am in love! I now have another place that I can go eat without killing an animal.
