Rolled in just before noon and the place was filling up fast. This is not fast food – it’s very fresh, tasty food prepared order-by-order. We waited about 10 minutes for our order. WARNING: if you order the Coastal Fish Taco Trio you better be hungry! This is a lot of food. This location was clean and the staff was great, from counter person to the staffer who brought our order to our table.

This is the worst Rubios I’ve ever been to. Which is why when I placed my order for delivery on the app, I specifically choose the other location. Somehow my order was rerouted to this nasty Rubios. Per usual my food was disgusting, they did not properly cook the shrimp, the rice was clumpy, they left out the beans for no apparent reason. And this is always the case at this Rubios. It’s always sub par product and terrible service.

I’ve been to rubios since I was a kid and this place is exceptional. The food is very good and the customer service is the best out of any place I’ve been. Even during lunch/dinner rush they show great team communication and service, and the best part is the food still comes out great and hot.
