Disgusting….I dont know who makes the subs at around 11am on weekdays but it was absolutely gross. Ordered eggplant parm sub…I asked for light sauce because I didnt want the bread to be soaked and soggy. I asked for the bread to be toasted…it was barely toasted. I remember getting this in the past a few years back and it was like eating mush out the wrapper. I couldnt even eat it with my hands. Also ordered a turkey sub and the lettuce was brownish and wet. Place is very unorganized. The regular Rubinos store makes the best food and never had a problem. Another thing….always a power play situation with the staff there…really weird vibe. Owner is very nice though…just wish I had a better experience

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible food. Service was even worse.Three middle aged women with AWFUL attitudes behind the counter. 52$ for 3 subs and look at the pictures. Smh. Place is a joke compared to their other location.

Though the staff was friendly, both times we ordered our subs barely had any meat. Have it two tries in case the first was just a fluke but they’re skimping out hard. Did I order a load of bread or a sub?

Twenty dollars for a large (10 inch) sub….. yikes. Food was good, not worth $20 though. You can get a large sub in Webster with the same quality for much less if you go elsewhere. With that said, Rubino’s has been a staple in the Rochester area for a while, but never used to be this pricey.

Everything is top notch. Im always satisfied. If you get the bread while its still warm, it is your lucky day!

I ordered a small sub , a diet coke and some olive salad. The olive salad was not what i consider tasty, the sub and diet coke were good. The cost for my lunch was over $25.00. To pricey for me.

The Rubino’s of yesteryear, sadly, has left the building. The subs I’ve been getting lately have been lackluster and wildly inconsistent—most of the time you’ll get barely any meat, a couple of giant lettuce leaves big enough to double as a sunhat, and just enough mayo or oil to make you wonder if they accidentally waved the bottle near the sandwich instead of actually using it.
The teenage staff behind the counter seem to be on some sort of calorie-counting crusade on your behalf—without your consent. I used to look forward to coming here, but now I’m genuinely sad at what it’s become. Hate to say it, but skip this place and head to DiBella’s or even Wegmans for a sub that won’t leave you wishing you packed your own lunch.

Subs here are definitely better than their east ridge road location, bread is better and the sandwiches are not skimpy like the other location . Clean friendly service
