First time here and it was amazing! Honestly, waaaaay better than I expected it. We ordered tacos, quesa-birrias, sopes, rice and beans and everything was delicious! I suggest you give it a try—you won’t regret it!

What a find! Had Garlic Shrimp and every bite was wonderful. Shared the queso dip, very tasty. Ordered the Beef Tongue Buritto for my at home spouse (he loved it!) Plus enough food all around for another meal. Great value, wonderful service and right here in Kewaunee Co.

Wife and I had lunch and it was fantastic. Portions were huge and everything was so flavorful. One bite and flavor just exploded. So good. Service was great too. If you like authentic Mexican food this place is for you. We will be back.

Have had thier food in the past. And it was very good until tonight. The Enchalatta dinner was burnt. Very disappointing, especially when after I called. And the only response was that they were sorry. No mention of doing anything about it. Check your food for carry out before you leave.

New management really tanked this place. This review is from our visit at 5:30pm on Sunday, December 11th.
We started with margaritas and noticed right away that there wasn’t any tequila in them. It was straight sugary margarita mix. As much as we wanted to say something our waiter wouldn’t come back. They made it very obvious they didn’t want us there. We ordered steak tacos and a steak burrito. In my picture attached to this review you can see that my burrito was a thick layer of cheese and a very little bit of steak. I cut the burrito in half to show that it was 1/2” of cheese and one tiny piece of steak. There was nothing else in the burrito. The tacos were also pitiful, but at least edible.
Prices are very high for the Casco area. Our bill came up to $60 for a burrito, tacos, and two margaritas that were served without any alcohol. We noticed the kids menu Hamburger was $14 and a kids menu French fries are $9.95. Pretty outrageous!
It’s very unfortunate because we really liked the old Dos Caminos.

We were getting our bikes tied up outside, and they saw us through the window. So by the time we entered the restaurant they had already set up our table with water, chips and salsa. Wow. We were just looking for a light meal, so we shared a burrito. You wouldn’t know that we were sharing an entree by the size of the burrito and extra beans and rice. They aim to please here. Friendly staff, clean, and tasty food

Rubi’s is a hidden gem that had my mother and I going back multiple times while I was in town!
Their house margaritas are good, strong, and go with any of their homemade dishes. You can absolutely tell that everything is made with fresh ingredients, and she and her crew are always warm and welcoming!
