I ordered take out!!! I got the nachos with steak and shrimp. It was not tasty, no flavor on the meat at all. The chips was overly cooked and burnt, it tasted like cardboard. My overall experience is negative experience, easily the worst nachos ever.!!!

Jonathan our waiter was spot on once again.
Chillaquillas with steak for me was plentiful. Had enough for dinner later that night. My bride had enchiladas which were great. Had the queso and it was one of the best we had in a long time.
Finished the meal with their hot mini donuts. Wow yummy!

Went here last night to meet up with some friends. Ordered what fit within my health restrictions and it was very delicious!!! I ordered the pineapple tequila drink and emphasized the pineapple —they made it perfectly!!! The carne asada y enchiladas were wonderful!!! The staff all were nice, listened well, and did not pressure us to leave as they were closing. A true go-to in NW Indiana.

Burrito bowl with steak is absolutely delicious. Enormous portion for a reasonable price and tasty to boot! I have only eaten here twice and it didn’t disappoint either time, definitely worth stopping in or ordering pick up!

Chips and salsa – 4.5/5, the salsa is incredible. Chips are fairly standard, but definitely good.
Chicken fajitas – 5/5, excellent, well seasoned, good portion size, cooked perfectly, and on Tuesdays are half off!
Tacos alambre – 5/5, no notes, just fantastic.
Pricing is surprisingly cheap in today’s market. I’m not generally a fan of refried beans, but these were good. We’ll definitely be making this spot a staple.

Called them on the day prior to my event. Picked up my catering order and it was properly packaged. I had ordered the steak and carnitas, the flavor of both were excellent. They also helped me with loading, overall an excellent experience. Can’t wait to go eat there in person. Thanks Ruben’s !

We eat here almost every other day. The food is really good with fresh and quality ingredients. Atmosphere is casual and Ruben and Hilda (owners) are super nice. You will not be disappointed..give them a try..and you’ll be as hooked as we are! 🙂
