Simply amazing! Service is spot-on, attentive and friendly. Food is absolutely delicious and cooked with attention to every detail. Excellent selection and wide variety of choices. A bit loud, echos more than my liking. But otherwise an outstanding place with incredible food!

I had a very enjoyable lunch at Ruben’s today. I had the taco salad with a side of beans and rice. The portions were great! I was full about a third to halfway through the meal.
The chips are great. The salsas are medium hot.
The chunks of pork in my salad were well cooked and still tender. It was a great medley of flavors.
I will return again!

My mom likes Ruben’s and it is was ok. The chips and salsa were really good, but too spicy for my mom. We both wanted guacamole but again it was too spicy for her, this time. I love Pollo ala Crema, but with all of the mushrooms, (I like mushrooms) this was my least favorite Pollo ala Crema I have ever tried. Stick to the cheese enchiladas, beans and rice.

We love going to Ruben’s for dinner. We went again on Saturday and enjoyed talking with Ruben for awhile about the restaurant and the different food options in Mexico. The food is great, the service is fast and the staff is friendly. You really can get great value for the food there.

Solid choice in the Brigham area — very similar to other good Mexican places I’ve been to. I recommend El Carrusel to get a good taste of everything. Chips and salsa were winners. Service was very kind as well.

I went to Ruben’s for the first time tonight. As I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me, I couldn’t help noticing the overwhelming smell in there. Very mildewy. The longer I waited, the more I couldn’t see me able to enjoy me food with that stench. So I walked out and went somewhere else.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and found this amazing Mexican restaurant. Their food is fresh, delicious and authentic and everything is made from scratch, including their delicious chips, salsa, and guacamole. The fajita salad pictured here is my favorite. It is easily two meals portions are very generous. I highly recommend Ruben’s. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been here multiple times and every time I’m here the food is fresh and delicious, The service is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for a mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been seated immediately and the food is to my table quickly. Will definitely come back every time I’m in the area.

This place had good service, and we really enjoyed their food. Their red salsa was really fresh flavors, and the green salsa was amazing. They also had really good homemade chips!
Enchilada verde- really good flavor (not hardly any spice), good portion size
Fajitas- very small portion size, good flavor but I would opt for something different for the price.
Fajita salad- really fresh, large portion size, great flavor!
Chile verde burrito- good flavor but no spice so it was lacking that extra little bit to send it over the top. Still really good though
Tamale- honestly would not recommend this one, lots of the breading with very minimal filling, and it was super dry despite being smothered.
We would probably eat here again (for the salsa especially) with just a few tweaks to what we ordered. Hopefully this helps 🙂
